I have 4 kids and 2 dogs. This washer rocks! It has cut my laundry loads down. I absolutely love it. It is quiet and can connect to my phone for different load sizes.

We purchased this as part of the matching set with the LG gas dryer and are quite pleased. It is easy to operate and performs well. The large capacity is nice. I heartily recommend this washer.

It does not clean well. One of the pants in a load does not even get fully wet. I have to add extra rinse and water plus and use small loads for water to reach every item. Don't dream of using a full to the brim load and clean clothes coming out of it. Only HEAVY DUTY cycle seems to clean better. With all those negatives, one pays for lots of cycles, for large capacity and one cannot get to use them. Another feature could clean clothes better is the STEAM function. However, STEAM literally takes close to 3 hours to finish as the machine takes time to boil the water to extreme hot. Also, STEAM is too rough on your clothes. After several days of use, my water bill went up $20 compared to when I did not have this unit (note I added water plus and extra rinse to every cycle, because without them, clothes would not clean). I finally return and exchange it for an LG front loader. It cleans with less water and much better. By the way, BestBuy managers, please use your delivery team. The third party does not do a good job. For the first machine, the drivers drove off with the new hose. For the second machine, the drivers made all kinds of faces before I forced them to give me the hoses. Both times, none of the delivery teams had a level to check if the washer was balanced. I had to hand them my level. I put my level on top and it was level. I thought it was ok. When the drivers drove off, I realized that even though it was level, it tilted at other corners. That is, if you put your hand at one of the corners of the machine and apply a small pressure downward, it moves down. When you release your hand, it moves back up. Obviously, the delivery men did not stabilize the machine before leaving. They left it to me to check!!! Even if the floor was not level, they should have checked and released the tilting leg to an appropriate length so that it reached the floor to balance the machine. If I had to do it all over again, I would go to another store, unfortunately.

If you have the space to fit this washer (and it's corresponding dryer), getting it is a no-brainer. It washes clothes super-clean and it can fit very large loads!

The best washing machine we ever had ..... our clothes come out fresh and almost dry ..... easy to load and operate ....

I like to do my research and usually buy high end products. This washer is worth every penny, tons of space, quiet and looks great.

So i was very skeptical on getting a washer like this one. i did not want a front loader and i really wanted to stick with my old school agitator ones. well there is not much to chelhoose from, so we looked at this one and the reviews on it and chose to give it a chance. so okay first off if you are used to agitators this is going to be a HUGE adjustment, we did a trial and error sort of thing and we are still learning. there is so many settings its ridiculous. READ THE BOOK, i cannot stress that enough READ THE BOOK. this is not one of those things you can wing it. trust me, my husband thought he could and well clothes came out with liquad fabric softner streaks on the darks and also clothes didnt come out clean. so first load i did i thought oh no there isnt enough water to cover and clean these clothes, so i have used the water plus option no issues. enough water and changing your settings and you can personalize your own settings to so it is handy. the agitator. well it is getting better for me, again its all on the settings. but this LG has a 6 way agitator so i was afraid when i put something on top it would agitate to the bottom it did. it spins the l out of the clothes which is great. i can say this dont use those little wax beads from like Downey, unless you use them in hot water, otherwise it will streak everything. also the bleach. i dont use the bleach dispensor on top, it doesnt empty the bleach all the way and if you put darks in next well you know bleach stains. so i put the water in and then unlock the top and add bleach in that way directly to the clothes. so there is good and bad. it adverstises it can do two king size comforers yes it can. no doubt, its HUGE. so if you have alot of kids or stuff this is the washer for you.

This washer is an asset for a huge family running a large load. Nevertheless, I love the quiet and efficiency of this machine.

When they say Largest Capacity this is what they are talking about. It has a very easy to use process too.

Very nice and modern operational and style. At first wasn't convinced it would get my clothes as clean and front load LG washer we had since 2002. But after a month of using and getting stains out of clothes its doing the job. Stubborn stains should be pre-treated. Some cycles give you a long wash time, but usually it is shorter that initial time displayed. Love the many options you have to wash clothes. One thing you need to remember is to select the fabric softener setting each time you use the washer.

This washer has a large capacity and is super quiet. LG truly makes a great product and I love this washer.

I absolutely love this washer! Was very apprehensive abput buying an HE. Never had anything besides a regular agitator washer. Clothes are clean, smell good. Most of all love the size. Can't get over how much I can wash in a load. Hubby is a big guy. Wears a 36/34 jeans. I used to be able to was 3 max in a load. Now I can wash a week's worth PLUS other items. Wash time can be a bit long depending on the cycle picked. If you don't like the times you can program your own cycle!

I really love this washer, it can wash a huge load in one cycle, very quiet, has different cycles, great buy.

So many options, that it's a bit overwhelming, but still a great washer. Take the time to read the manual and you will love the capacity and it's abilities.

I got the largest top load capacity I could get to try and cut down on my laundry and I hit the jackpot with this baby. I hope it lasts for years, I've been going thru sets every few years and have been so disappointed for the last 10 years. I can soak clothes and it gets everything clean, including large towel loads and king size blankets. I thought I would be overwhelmed with the options, but it's actually quite easy.

Huge, you can get a ton of clothes in it. Very easy to use.
