Still waiting for it to work

Went to use oven 2 weeks later just before Christmas and it didnt work. Gave us a code which we troubleshot via the manual x2!! Called Best Buy. The soonest they could get out was Jan 3rd. No Christmas at ours then. They came out to check. Now waiting on the phone to LG! Installer said this happens a lot w this oven! Great!! New oven coming Feb 26th!!!!

Lighting issues

I have taken two days off of work to accommodate their schedule and now they don't have the part they need to install even though they have the ability to change my delivery time at their convenience. Broken upon delivery

We did love the power on the gas burners and the center pan was great quality. We exchanged the range and had to upgrade to the level above this as this is sold out now.
