You can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance with where to order the tray from or contact Encompass Parts at (800) 432-8542, https://encompass.com. You can either use the optional Air Fry Tray available from LG or a dark baking tray with no sides or short sides that does not cover the entire oven rack which allows for better air circulation. Q: We have propane - does this range come with a conversion kit or is that a separate item?
A: We just bought this unit yesterday and needed to purchase an LP conversion kit ($49) with it. It's likely, that our current Whirlpool LP range has the necessary adapter already installed that could be used, but I didn't want to depend on that only to find out at delivery and install, it doesn't. Better safe than sorry. If it is not needed, maybe we'll be able to return the conversion kit.

A: Hi JT. Most residential building codes do not require a range hood above a stove or cook top, but you'd be wise to ensure your locale is not the exception.
