Not happy with this stove
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this stove in March and within the first month started to notice that it had problems running the oven and the timer at the same time, you start the timer halfway through cook time it shuts the oven off. It has ruined more than one dinner and I’m a little worried to cook my Thanksgiving turkey in this thing this year. I have been using the timer on my phone, but it’s really aggravating to not be able to use the oven timer and when I reached out to LG they told me my warranty is expired.

Stove Great - Company Not so Pleasant!!

The stove itself is amazing, but please DO NOT allow the SEGOMEZ TRUCKING CORP located in Aurora, IL to do your installation. The company scratched our 3 month old flooring and NOW are saying that it was my fault due to other furniture not being present which is a load of crap. If you have another company to go thru to buy this stove PLEASE DO SO. Best Buy also didn't show any interest in helping out with this problem that I am still trying to battle.

Digital display not working. So disappointing

Cannot see numbers for the time, temperature, or clock. Had Best Buy fix this because it was under warranty but now Best Buy NOR LG will help because it is out of warranty? Fixing this would cost over $400! This is ridiculous! No fault of my own the display does not work. Otherwise we love this oven. Very disappointing.

Disappointed with top grates all scratched

I went to the store for them to order me replacements. I was told they are all scratched it's how they are made. Besides they can't order replacement parts. They can exchange the stove but the same thing would happen. I could call the manufacturer direct for replacement parts. For a stove that's cost over 1200.00 I would expect better quality.

Don’t buy; self clean is known issue

Disappointed

I loved it, but as time goes on the preheat time took longer and longer. Now it no longer maintains the baking temperature and stops heating while baking. Appliance Repair stores have advised me they don't work on LG ovens. It's disappointing that I may need to replace an oven that should last 15 years after only 5 years. I have had great luck with LG this, but would never purchase an LG oven again.
