The power Supply went off within two weeks from the purchase date, I called LG and they did a phone troubleshooting then it worked for a while, then again, & again and they did not want to come and fix or to check it and confirm the main cause of this issue, and only two months after the manufacturer warranty is gone we lost it totally and we need to buy a new TV, never ever trust LG customer service's promise or you will lose your money.

I was able to get this tv in a pre Black Friday sale, $399 for 50in 4K LED tv was great. It has wifi to power the smart apps, making it even easier to switch over to Netflix or Hulu, or anything else. Not to mention less cords to deal with when mounting it on my wall.

I purchased this TV a month and a half ago and it worked completely fine until a couple weeks ago. So it worked for about 30 days (how convineient for their 15 day return policy). The TV will no longer connect to the wireless network. It is not my internet that is causing the problem. It is the faulty TV. Iv spent several hours over the last couple weeks on the phone with LG and there's no fix to the problem. They are now sending someone to come fix the TV. Now I'm going to be stuck with a refurbished TV that I paid full price for. I would not recommend buying this TV or any LG product for that matter. Also, I'll think again before buying any electronics from Best Buy. I shouldn't have to pay full price for a faulty, refurbished product.

I got this tv during the early blacl friday deals. Honestly, I can't complain. The only thing that's a bit bothersome is that, it's not compatible for the PS4 Pro 4k mode. I was told by LG customer service that they are working on an updatw to fix this issue

This is my first time purchasing a tv. I'm not gonna lie, I bought it because it was on sale. But I couldn't be happier!!!! Built in wifi, amazon, Hulu, YouTube & Netflix. I don't need a single box or wire around or on my tv stand I couldn't be happier!!!

--It is marvelous. I always read thru 40 or 50 ratings before buying a product, so I am VERY VERY picky. This TV was super easy to set up and very very uncomplicated to hook to Wi-Fi. Dunno what all the complaints are about the remote? do these people have cave man hands? it is very user friendly, and yes, the buttons are small/ but I found no diffi cutly using it. The picture is super clear, and almost shocks me when I walk into the room and an action show is on- very very good quality TV for the 399 price/ would buy again, would recommend and LG has been a good company for me/ from TV's to android phones/ so I have a lot of experience with them/ cant say enough good things!

We decided to upgrade our old basic tv to this 4k smart tv and it sure makes watching tv all that much more better. We definitely upgraded quality and screen. Got it during pre black friday price and the prices couldnt be beat. Overall great purchase!

Bought this TV on Pre-Black Friday sale for $399. Excellent picture quality. Easy set up. Outstanding value. Sound quality not the best. Purchased Insignia Optical to Analog sound converter to connect to my Bose 10. Overall, outstanding value.

I got this tv as part of the early Black Friday deals and couldn't be any happier. The tv can stream 4K through Netflix and other services and I have it paired with my PS4 Pro and the games look absolutely amazing. Well worth the purchase.

Its stop working now after 3 year. when I try to turn on its only turn on screen for a second and red light flashes two to three times.

It is a good TV for the price but the picture is not as crisp as some of the others I seen the SUHD has a superb picture if you can afford to spend that type of money.

Had it for 1 week and quit working, then was gonna have to wait 2 more weeks minimum for parts and someone to come and fix it!! Returned it and bought a different tv!

TV works great with the Playstation Pro which was the primary reason for getting it as well as the price. Although a few settings had to be changed in order for the HDR to get going. Overall still a good purchase.

after I month it quit working...Best Buy would not exchange it after 15 days and it was going to be in their repair hands for 10-14 days....called LG repair and they got their local tv repair on it right away

TV broke down after a year of purchase and had to waste money to get it fixed but it still broke down.

I bought this TV as part of Bestbuy's early Black Friday deal for $399. I am very happy with my purchase as this is a great tv with exceptional picture quality and a really cool smart-tv interface.

Read the reviews of this product before I bought it. First the UI is great and the sharpness and brightness of the screen are amazing. So I got it home and watched one night. Next day the power would not turn on. So brought it back and got another; it worked for 17 days till a vertical cyan stripe appeared on the screen. Best Buy was good enough to return. Might have been a bad batch but I was not willing to go for a 3rd and bought for a Samsung.
