I purchased my first Smart TV on Black Friday which was a middle of the line Samsung 55' (similar to this LG tv in specifications) and I think that it's okay. Good picture quality..easy to navigate..I needed another TV for my family room and decided to buy this LG tv..worst mistake ever! Picture is no where NEAR the quality and the Samsung even after I try to "play" with it. They say to adjust the settings with everything you watch (sports, movies, etc.) and it's still incomparable. I'm returning this TV. Do yourself a favor and get the similar Samsung model.

Got this while it was on sale for 399 and I am happy with this purchase Pair this with PS4 Pro and you are good to go. Sound is not that good but a sound bat will fix that :) Cheer

I had to return it. We had LG tech come out. All he did was call his help desk. I taught him how to use the remote and go through set up menus several times to figure out that the ARC sound function didn't work. He ordered a new circuit board for the tv. The next day he put it in. The ARC still didn't work. He grew up his hands, didn't even call his help desk. Suggested a $30 hdmi cable and left. Needless to say I returned the tv.

Super easy to set up, very user friendly and awesome picture! Definitely recommend this TV.... especially at the Black Friday price!

You get what you pay for with this tv. The refresh rate is a total lie. The refresh rate is more like 60 hz at best. It definitely took a lot of time tweeking the settings to make watching it even bearable. The OS however is great. I like that the web browser and Netflix are built in. The 4K is nice but definitely needed adjusting as well. Tip: turn off the "True Motion". It gives it the so called soap opera effect and creates a ghosting effect. If it wasn't such a good price I would have returned it for sure.

Had the TV for 3 weeks with intermittent problems and then a double screen image. LG referred me to a repair facility and they refused to repair the TV without an authorization number from LG, who refused to issue authorization until the repair facility diagnosed the problem, a real Catch-22. Best Buy's policy stated no refunds after 15 days and I was at 21 days, but the General Manager made an exception and had the Geeks pick up the lemon and deliver a new TV (Samsung, not LG) at no delivery cost.

Great tv for the price. I've noticed white spots at the bottom of the screen due to backlight but it is not too distracting. Noticed them the second day I had the tv

I had high expectations for this tv when my wife and I bought it and it didn't disappoint. The quality of the picture is wonderful and I recommend it to anyone.

After 19 months (1 year warranty) this LG TV turned off and won’t turn on again until repair.

Piece of crap died after barely 2 years. Best Buy brand lasts longer than that, so I could have bought two of those for what this retailed for. (Have one in my living room still going strong from same timeframe). Should have stuck with my gut and just got two Insignias. Garbage. If you buy, make sure you get longest warranty available.

This is my second LG smart TV and I can't complain. It's not the top of the line by far, but for a cheap price and 4K UHD smart TV you can't go wrong.

This T V has a great picture and the sound was good enough that we did not need a sound bar,saving us money. Would definitely recommend it.

Two weeks after I purchased the tv it would randomly stop showing the picture, but would have sound. After calling LG multiple times they finally sent someone out to "repair" my tv. He changed the panel and everything was fine. One month later my tv begins to have the exact same problem. This time they are giving me a hard time about my tv and not sending someone out to fix it. Do not purchase this tv and do not purchase an LG tv.

the tv has a great picture. Easy set up. Particularly like the different picture options. Easy to get to the apps. Recommend LG for all sizes.

I've had this TV for a little over two years and it blanked out They say it may be one of the boards LG cannot guarantee a $500 product for more than a yearly even when no external or internal damage on a customer's part is present? This was the first and last LG TELEVISION I'll ever purchase!

We reviewed several tv's before deciding on this one. We have always been happy with our other LG televisions, so we selected this one.

The LG has a very clear picture excellent for foootball games and 4K movies. Th technology on this tv is brilliant. I highly recommend

Garbage! Google LG HDMI. There product seems to have a common problem and it’s the HDMI not working or going out fast. Idk in my situation I NEVER USED IT for a year and tried it did not work! I went to their site and they blame the external devices and not it’s product... even though 100s of sites with their tv they don’t claim responsibility. Don’t trust them. Don’t get ripped off. Don’t buy LG.
