    TV shuts down unexpectedly. Then you get a black screen when you turn it ON. You will not get the LG logo. Troubleshooting says unplug then wait a few minutes. It works! Then does it again randomly. I can't be unplugging it every time from the wall! Don't buy LG brand. Go with other brands like Samsung

    Not happy with this purchase. The TV was fickle from the beginning, and stopped working out of the blue after 2 years, completely dead. If you buy this, get the extended warranty.

    Bought this tv because it was on sale at BBY. After a month the picture shuts off and i see only blue screen and sound in the background. The LG app is horrible. The tv respond to remote very late. I cant return it now because it is over a month. Hope the warranty covers the fix.
