Easy to set up and simple controls. I added a wireless mouse and keyboard and they work great. The Amazon Prime Video app works well and I use it for the majority of my movies and TV shows. I also have the unit connected to my PC as a monitor and it works very well in that mode.

This LG model is loaded with streaming (all your favorite services), has built-in wifi that actually works consistently, and has a great picture that rivals the best. Sound is half way decent, too, although we have it connected to a sound bar. Very happy with this purchase.

I loved this TV when it would work, and it did make it a little bit of time before problems started. After about a year, it just stopped turning on. After doing some reset that support instructed me on, it started working again. Then, right after 2 years (literally a week after the protection ended) it decided to die. No amount of resetting would fix it and support from both LG and Geek Squad were useless because my plan had expired. These TVs are obviously made poorly and die quickly given the price. So if you don't mind having to get repairs or buy a new TV after a year or two, then this is a great buy. Otherwise, it's not worth the trouble. Basically, you get what you pay for here.

I needed a new TV. My 42" Samsung died. I was going to get a new Samsung, Visio or LG. I own a LG LED purchased about 5 years ago. It has been fantastic for us. I wanted a 4K this time. My experience with LG led me to this deal at Best Buy. So far, I couldn't be happier.

I needed to purchase a television with great picture and sound. After doing some research and product comparison, I came across the LG 50 class smart 4K Ultra HD Tv. I loved it so much, I purchased 2. I highly recommend this tv!!! Stop reading this review, and go buy it!

Initially had trouble with TV not turning on, but after unplugging it then plugging it back in I have not had this issue. The HDMI control is very flaky - it switches input randomly which I have not been able to fix. The picture quality is great for the Black Friday price I got

Our technology is amazing! Besides thinking I'm at a movie theater, it feels like the characters on TV are in my living room.. I think LG has taken TV to a new level. The picture is so crisp and the sound is amazing. I think LG will be my new "favorite"electronic company.

T.V. Plays great, I haven’t had any problems with it. The apps ( Netflix, etc ) are very easy to access and load quickly. My only complaint would be the remote is very basic and cheap feeling, but honestly I rarely use it ( I mostly use the cable box remote ).

I usually rely on my son's advice when buying electronics. He's in networking broadcasting. I'm on a limited income. This TV was on sale and was best option for me at the time of purchase. I've had the TV for almost a year, and I am very happy with my purchase.

My whole family is happy with television. The effect that gives in many blueray movies is simply extraordinary, and also improves the quality of several DVD movies. I say in some because I have noticed that, because (I think) was the way DVD or BlueRay was recorded.

Purchased this LG 4K HDTV on Black Friday to replace a 12 year old Samsung plasma. This is my first LG HDTV (I usually only buy Samsung) and I'm very impressed with the picture quality and sound. Will definitely look to LG in the future if and when the need arises.

Overall the tv works very well. Have a very nice picture. We use it in the spare room with the ps4. The picture remains good even during fast action scenes on the ps4 and when watching football. The WiFi also works well. For the price it’s a very good tv.

This tv is awesome. The picture is very clear. It has a setting to help reduce eye strain. It connects quickly to the WiFi and functions quickly to load the apps. It is very convenient and has gone a long way to reduce the cords and cables in the living room.

Purchased this to replace another TV in my kids room. They love it, and it works wonderfully. Has a superb picture, and wonderful extras as a SMART TV. They love the Netflix and playing video games. I will most definitely make my next TV purchase an LG TV.

At first setting up the television was hard, but once you apply all the settings to your satisfaction the television has a lot of potential through apps, and as a regular tv. I mostly use it for my PS4 pro and I'm highly satisfied with the picture quality.

When we first hooked up this TV we were amazed at the superb clarity of the picture. We felt like we were at the movie theater!! We were noticing all the background motion in the program we were viewing. Also, lightweight and compact. An excellent purchase!

Bought it on black Friday. Very good sharp,clear screen. It's production with 4k movies is stunning. Also , watching 720-1080p content is very good! I added a sound bar (JBL cinema sb250) - terrific enhancement! Great purchase, LG never disappoints me.

This 4D ultra smart TV is such an amazing viewing experience. Compared with a regular HD TV is like something up close the definition, contrast and colors are fantastic. It was at an insanely low price of $399 on sale for a 50 inch..highly recommend it

The picture quality is excellent, it was delivered to my door on the day they promise.the TV has an incredible sound, I didn't have to buy a sound bar the speakers are of great quality. I'm very happy with the purchase, I would highly commend this TV .
