Great Picture and Sound

I bought the TV with a PS4 Pro for the 4K capability, but there are issues of having a blank screen when trying to do so. I am having to use the PS4 in a different picture mode with no 4k compatibility. Sony blames LG and LG blames Sony for the issue and currently their is not solution.
