Very good for sale price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When my old 50 inch HD TV suddenly died on me I was looking for an affordable replacement from a solid brand, as a new big screen TV really wasn't in my budget. Well look no further than this one. For the $400 Black Friday price tag, you really can't beat it. Color's are pretty vibrant and picture is nice, though obviously not the best out there, but that's to be expected for the price. My only real complaints are a) the first one I bought was a dud and wouldn't power on so I had to lug it all the way back to the store and exchange it, and b) the sound isn't very good, so you may want to invest in a sound bar if you don't already have surround sound. At the end of the day this may not be my dream TV, but it is definitely well worth the price of $400.

Wonderful HD television.

Reviews stated you must point the remote directly at the tv. However I found none if this to be true. I had tv mounted above the fireplace...I'm 5'4" in height and have had no issue at all, even when lounging on the sofa.

Good resolucion, get good signal witn tv antena and the best part 300 usd cheaper than the samsung! Next tv at home what broke down I dont going to think about buy another LG!
