Saw this deal "16 deals before black friday" went in Best Buy to check it out. Great TV, upgrading my old 40" Vizio. Great pic and all the built in apps too. Clear crisp Sharp bright picture, easy set up.

Getting the tv was a hassle, first one came smashed, then had to wait to get another one, the warehouse screwed up and didn't put my name on the order so I had to call in order to find out it had arrived. Other than the terrible process of Best Buy continually screwing up, the actual product itself is great.

Upgrading old 46" 1080p tv to this 50" 4k. The style, picture sound, features, amazing. At this price point this tv is a steal. Forget no-name brands LG is on of the beat when it comes to tv's. Nevermind the specs on the box or website. This tv does have smooth-motio. A nice surprise when not expected.

I love all of these products, they all work well Best Buy made all of these items easy to buy and explained what made each of them unique to my needs. I would recommend people shopping at Bestbuy because if you take the time to ask them questions they will definitely take time and answer your questions

Was a beautiful tv and had a beautiful picture. But had to return it because it had two dead spots in the center of the screen right out of the box. Was disappointed that there weren't anymore to exchange it with. Had to go with a different tv.

Purchased this to replace a long loved Vizio TV. Everything was easy to set up as far as AT&T uVerse and programming the remote. My only complaint is that when we switch from the different HDMI channels, the TV tends to lag a little and can get stuck, requiring us to turn it off and back on.

I picked this up because it was a great deal for my son's Xbox. Picture is amazing - wish my video games in the 80s looked like this! Super thin profile - quick set up. Should have bought 2!

Great picture. Pretty easy to set up, but the documentation was not sufficient. Had to go to the web site to find the answers. Wish it had apps for Sling TV and Playstation Vue available.

This TV has an outstanding screen, which is to be expected from a 4k set. There is a wide range of settings for the picture but most of them seem pretty useless. One glaring problem is the total lack of a manual that could possibly ease the above problem. The "smart" part of the TV works beautifully.

It has a great picture and was pretty easy to set up. The sound is about as good as any flat screen so if you're watching movies you might want a sound bar, but it's a great everyday TV.

This TV was easy to set up and has a great picture. there was no problem connecting to the Wi-Fi and using the online content. This is my second LG TV and I am pleased with both of them.

Remember when standard definition plasma TVs were $4000. Now you can get a high quality 50" 4K TV with HDR that includes Netflix, Amazon and many other streaming services for under $400! There are better TVs available but not for this price. I believe that this is the best TV for the money.

While other no name brands like Westinghouse, Rca, Hisense, etc... order 4k sets at good prices they can't match the quality that this LG set offers. This 50" set is even cheaper than LG's own 49" set. And regardless of what the specs say this tv DOES have smoothmotion 120. A must buy

This TV met all of my expectations, however, the owner's manual left much to be desired. It's as if LG assumed you were experienced with the operation of a SMART TV. Minimum pictures, and fewer words. Shame on you LG. I'd have given this a 5-Star rating if it weren't for the lousy Owners Manual.

Really nice upgrade from another 50" I bought back in 2009. The WebOS is really nice as well. Overall the on screen options for selecting screen mode and audio setup is very light weight compared to the previous LG I had. Easy to setup automatic updates for NetFlix and other apps as well.

Good buy for the price. Easy set up. All you have to do is pretty much plug & play. Besides the refresh rate which you really won't notice until you watch sports.but overall a good buy.

Love the set. Good color but cannot use the 4K because Direct TV would need to change out equipment and requires a 2 year commitment. Had 1 issue with set. Would not turn on but after unplugging it for a few minutes it reset itself and no issues. That was a few months ago
