Checked obvious reasons such as sleep timer and connections but to no avail. After further research on line I found out this is a common complaint with this tv.

Great 4k TV

The picture is bright, clear, and very high definition if the correct content is played on it. The LG webos that comes on this TV is the best software if seen on a TV yet. It is very quick and smooth.

Great TV!

We happened to be in Best Buy and they had an LG 50 Class unit on special. We picked it up as a replacement and are glad we did. Great Picture! We have liked LG products for some time now and all were purchased at Best Buy!
