    Not user friendly at all. I’ll need to hire Geek squad to help me. LG’s customer service is horrible. You cannot speak to a human at all. It’s text only. One night I spent 2 hours waiting for help. Finally got someone who assured me if we get disconnected she has my email. She knew my issue. We were disconnected and no email. No help. I haven’t turned the TV off in 3 weeks because if I do it takes me an hour to find Xfinity as it defaults to LG channels. Love the picture hate the company. They have horrible customer service. I’ll have to schedule someone from geek squad to walk me through this so now I have to pay $100 plus to be shown how to work this. Their website is no help at all. Not happy with this purchase.

    This is my bedroom tv and lg has turned into one of my favorite tv company’s within the past few years. There “LG TV” app have a lot of good content and the interface in general is a lot easier to navigate than most other companies.
