Great picture, horrible user interface.

This could have been a really nice smart TV but LG doesn't know how to write a user interface that actually usable. It is by far the worst I've used and good luck even finding your way around basic things like switching inputs or finding streaming apps. I'm torn on this device because the picture is really nice, but the UI is so horrible I loathe using it.

It’s not noticeable unless you really look at it. The motion does skip a lot and stutters. I would own another just because of the smoothness and the picture quality but I would not go with an opened box item. I will be reaching out to LG to see if there is anything that can be done
