Good TV, nice picture. It's what I expected

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product but if the installation is anything other than straight plug in and go (if part of the installation problem is related to a router and/or cable box issue, for example), you're on your own. You'll get no help from Best Buy or LG, far from it. It took me a week to figure it all out and Best Buy never even suggested that those things could be part of my problem. They ought to know that kind of thing. I was diverted away from the LG web site to another and have all the pop-ups to prove it.
