I owned an older LG model that after more than 11 years started showing signs of wear and tear when the LED On/Off light would flash three times whenever I turned the set on. After about three months, and LG's CS team trying different over the phone methods to resolve the problem, the TV's picture one day just wouldn't fire up. No problem, 11 years of near constant use made the purchase worth it. Fast forward to April 3, 2020, after researching/looking for a replacement, I finally decided on this model. 2019 year, but most of the reviews were positive, so I made the purchase. I was happy with the picture, not as great as many declared (my older model had a better picture) but I liked the smart tv interface and being able to play my iTunes movies without any additional gear. Then, day 22 happened. The TV just went black. Power went out and sound turned off. I thought maybe it was a power spike (ah, I have a current regulator/surge protector on it??) but hey, stranger things happen. I turn it on again and what greats my eye? The dreaded three flashing lights. The picture and sound come back on but, that little voice in my head says "Oh, no. Not again." I call LG and they walk me through several steps to "remedy" the issue and then the agent says, "Sir, we can send a technician out to repair your TV." WTW? The TV didn't even make it to 30 days and it already has problems? Yeah, no thanks, I want a new TV. LG wouldn't spring for a new one, only a repair. Now if this TV had made it to at least three months, I could swallow a repair, but after only 22 days???? Fortunately, Best Buy's return policy allowed until the 31st of May, so I returned this model and picked up a 2020 model. I'll let you know how it fairs after 22 days.

Bought this tv plus 4 Roku devices. I was able to cut the cord with cable company and save money! The clarity of the tv is fantastic and BestBuy price matched with Costco for $299.00.

I’m so happy with my new Tv. I just wish I had cable, but I don’t think I can afford cable at the moment. Later on I wanna purchase the 4K UHD DVD movie player and 4K UHD movies to get my money’s worth and experience 4K UHD TV.

We were in a situation where we had to buy a TV without any advance warning. The young man who assisted us did a great job honing in on a TV that would meet our needs in our price range. We are very pleased with our purchase.

The screen blacks out temporarily, especially when first turned on, and occasionally after that. The problem was not really an inconvenience so I kept the TV. It seems to be improving. Returning the TV is more than I can handle physically at my age.

Bought TV after much research for a wall mount unit and I absolutely love it!! It's the perfect size for a small 1-bedroom apartment and the LG quality is top notch.

Wanted a 50” TV from a reputable brand without breaking the bank. The reviews on various sites were accurate - good brightness and angle viewing and the LG webOS operating system is perfectly acceptable. Very happy.

This TV was low enough not to break the bank, but put me in the right place for 2020! It comes with built in wifi, 4K UHD, and even connects to my Amazon Echo! I can literally turn my TV on and off and find a show. Not pretty cool, but very cool. LG is a quality TV so you won't go wrong with this one.

This was a great open box fine with plenty of bells and whistles. What I really was looking for was mirroring capabilities and the LG fit the bill. My in laws were elated as well as the rest of the family. Ready for Football!!!

so far the only knock on this tv is the stand. I'm a big fan of the LG tv's and after reading many reviews bout the flimsy stand I till made the purchase. Unfortunately i'm worried i'll sneeze or the dog is gonna bump the stand and knock it over. I really don't want to, but will look into a wall mount

This LG 7 series TV is a great choice. Picture quality is amazing and accurate. Up scaling feature works flawlessly without any noticeable delay. Purchased this for a bedroom and couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Purchased this TV for my outside patio. I normally only buy Samsung TVs but this tv was significantly cheaper, I was initially worried about it being exposed to the elements but it has held up well so far. You do have some glare reflection on this tv so be aware of any lights in the area.

I wanted to get a new larger TV for my living room. Even though this was on sale, I have been extremely happy with this purchase. Screen is clear and crisp. I have casted from my laptop with no issues.

I bought this TV as an upgrade to my parents old school tube TV. I was impressed with the image clarity, features such as the smart remote, installed apps, made it all worth while. This TV was very well priced.

Everything works, The price was great, and the picture is mostly good, but the viewing angles are not good. You don’t have to get very high or very far to the side before the picture starts to look blurry and washed out.

Great buy, I usually get all my electronics from BB, never had problem with my items purchased, or ever had to return, so I never even bother buying the extras, insurance, etc...

A lot of web functionality. Great if you don't have, want, or need Cable Television. You can pull up apps, etc from the TV. It was a fantastic purchase and I am thinking about others for additional rooms.

Had to buy a new TV to replace one that died. Best Buy has many options and we picked the one that matched our needs and price point. We’ve had it almost a month and are very pleased. Service was great as usual.

I bought this as a replacement for the same model that I had bought somewhere else. Due to my carelessness, I messed up the first TV. Liked it so much, I bought the same exact model to replace it.
