Not what I expected!

TV works fine but sound is poor, color not sharp

Our 65" Sony , which is still under warranty, stopped working and because of the pandemic no one could come out to take a look at the Sony so this purchase was made. Staff was nice but there was little they could do. I would not recommend this tv. It needs a sound bar which I already have for my Sony but without the sound bar some movies have to have volume at 70s + just to hear dialogue

Nice price not so nice picture

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV was on sale which was nice and I had very good luck with LG monitors previousely ,however my previous 5 year old LG puts the picture quality on this one to shame, picture look so washed out from a distance, blacks were grey, reds were orange and natural skin tone was pink no matter how much I spent attempting to tweak the settings, I returned it next day and got a Sony instead. I am loving the new one

Poor quality

After 1year 6months of my purchase, the wifi option was not working, the TV legs are very delicate and both legs are broken after 2 years. Now the internet with cord also not working properly. The remote went bad very quickly. The picture quality was also not great after a few months.

I bought it early late February and when she went back to school after spring break, she would take her brand new tv with her. Unfortunately, I bought it late February , (it was shipped by the way) she didn’t go back till the 21st of March because of the corona virus. So we get to her apartment, open the brand new box, pull the tv out with the handles....it’s BROKEN...drove all the way back from her school, just so they can tell me there was nothing they can do, because of a “2 day broken screen policy”...keep in mind that we had just opened the tv. I didn’t check it when it was delivered because I trusted (unfortunately) that it would be fine...we’ll never again. So...I’m not going back to bestbuy again. And I’ll be sure to let friends and family know as well.

Extremely annoyed

This tv lasted me less than 2 months. I already have to go to bestbuy tomorrow and return it because it stays stuck on the “LG life’s good” screen, the irony behind this is life is not good right now. I tried all the solutions online and nothing works. Waste of money and time.

Sales people should explain the delivery system.

I was moving to a new place around the area. Two weeks later I came to purchase another TV. I asked your staff to hold off on the delivery date because I wasn't sure when I was going to get my keys to my new place. When I went back to the store and tell them about what day to deliver my 2 new TV's they said they would deliver the 50 inch but not the 43rd. I explained that my car would not fit the 43rd and that you'd be delivering to the same address. I was still told NO. Plus I would be charged another $150 to put the TV's together. I had no choice but to cancel my purchase. I went to RC Wiley and purchased the two TV's. I actually got a 55 inch for the same price as your 50 inch. They delivered both TV's and set them up with NO extra charge.

Great picture but HDMI input problems

Ultimately returned the TV and purchased a larger version which so far seems to be problem free.

Don’t believe this TV’s description

This model DOES NOT. When I called LG support they said the 2019 firmware update”hasn’t been released yet”... it’s SEPTEMBER.. year is almost gone. Called best buy 3 weeks ago. Still waiting...

Posted .We have great news. The 50UM7300PUA should have the AirPlay 2 update available for download. Make sure your TV is connected to the internet and download the latest update to enable this feature. ^CP
