the picture and sound are comparable and slightly better than Samsung 7 series. remote is easy to use the only feature we are not convinced about is the built in bluetooth which is difficult to connect and disconnect to switch back and forth from headphones to tv speaker sound as needed

Purchased this almost a month ago and we’re really happy with it. We had an older LG for years and didn’t hesitate to purchase another. The colors are vibrant and it has more smart features than we’ll ever use. If you don’t want to spend the money for OLED, this is a great alternative.

Great picture, easy set up and decent sound. This is a well priced tv. Great quality

I was extremely impressed by the picture of this model. The magic remote is very cool and was able to control plug-in media devices. The only complaint that I had was its overall compatibility with the Alexa app. I myself had a hard time with consistency. That said, that is the only grab that I had about this television. I ended up returning it and bought a different model. Best buy!

Great TV, great remote, and AI think is awesome. This 4k TV is great and has a beautiful picture. The sound quality is also great for a TV if you don't have a sound bar. I use it without one and I'm happy with it. The smart remote is awesome and makes life so much easier.

As far as smart tv’s go, the speed of navigating your way through apps and different inputs with this model is phenomenal! Downloading apps and software updates is fast and hardly noticeable. The sound that comes from this tv alone is impressive. Very satisfied with my new tv.

Happy with this TV purchase. Very good picture quality and functions. Sound quality is decent. My kids love gaming and consuming Netflix on this set. Bought this to replace a different LG tv that was only between 2 and 3 years old. Woke up one day and it wouldn't turn on. Hope this one lasts longer or ill be done with LG. By the way the air mouse remote is amazing.

Feels lighter than the older LG tv it replaced and they are not the same size. The picture looks great and it has some great features to play around with. We were used to the magic remote which I love when it comes to logging into different accounts using the keyboard.

I had purchased a newer samsung tv and was very disappointed so i returned it and got this lg and am glad i made the switch, great picture and sound. I love the magic remote and smart features of this set. Great for watching anything, buy it and you will not regret it

It is has been perfect for me! I used to have to use my Apple TV to access my content but with this TV, I don't have to anymore. The apps that you can download onto this TV are perfect in which I can even access my Apple movies and TV shows that I bought from before as well. The voice command options are really great too! I like how there is Alexa and Google Assistant. I am also a gamer, so having a TV that can support HDR or 4K makes the graphics oh so much better! I do have a couple of problems with the remote. It is a bit sensitive when I accidentally move it. The cursor shows up on the TV and distracts from what I am watching or playing. However, I do like having the cursor when I want it because it is easier to choose options on the screen with the cursor, but is it just sensitive when I accidentally touch it. Also, I'm not a big fan of the click wheel as the select button. Sometimes I accidentally activate the roller instead of clicking to select. However, it is just takes some practice and I only had that problem in the beginning. Now I am used to it. I do love the quick access app feature so I am able to switch between apps very quickly. The remote is also user friendly.

I was replacing a Sony that lasted 10+ years. The difference in brightness, color, and picture definition was immediately noticed. I am appreciating the sharp picture on action movies and also when a 4K movie is being viewed. Would recommend - am very happy.

Loving our new tv. It’s a great product and is very easy to use with that remote. Life saver for lazy people like me to use voice to navigate and actually their mouse like controller so I don’t have to click a million times to select something on the screen.

Bought this tv to replace older tv and, with the smart technology, create an easier process to “cut the cord”. This tv has allowed this non-techie to easily move to various streaming apps, including one international-based app. Excellent tv with a great cost.

Good color with quality sound and an affordable price

I have been very happy that I decided to purchase this television. It was a great price and I had been wanting to upgrade to a larger set for a few years. The picture quality and sound are great. The magic remote is one of the best features. Real easy to set up.

The remote and interactive menu made it very easy to set up with my sound bar, internet and cable systems. We were blown away by the picture quality as it was even better than we remembered from the store (online visuals don’t do it justice).

Very happy with this tv. Picture is great, sound quality surprised me. Some show practically sound like they are hooked to surround sound. Love point curser on the remote. Only thing I don’t like is the two small legs used for the base. My last LG had a larger more stable base. Other than the base I am very pleased with this tv.

Offers great features, good picture. Love LG and comes very close to my Samsung in features and quality. If you see a good deal grab it. I love the remote that Best Buy did not give me, a bit bulky but feels great in hand.

This TV comes with a virtual mouse. The picture and sound are amazing. There are ports for the Fire Stick. There are a lot of features I haven't explored yet. I am getting rid of my Samsung TVs and replacing them with LGs.

We are very satisfied with the picture quality of this TV. It's wider base stands created a bit of a problem, since our old TV had them much closer together. The interface for selecting inputs and other settings is a bit wonky, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.
