    TV has a line through it

    We bought the TV for our home in Florida and had it installed when we were gone. Turned it on and it has a line through the screen. The box is gone, so now I have to figure out how to return it.

    Tried everything to get better picture quality even checked you tube to see what settings works best & still not thrilled with picture quality

    When looking at the TV and you are not directly in front of it, the picture is not as sharp was when you are directly in front of it. the more you move from the center of the of the screen the fussier the picture gets!

    TV seems to be working fine however it was a previous return as someone had already set up their Netflix, amazon, etc on it. Should have been sold as an open box item and not brand new.

    Buffering

    Bought a new 50 inch TV and after about 2 minutes of viewing, the buffering signal? circles in the middle of the screen for about 10 seconds I can watch again. This happens all the time. It never happened on my LG 42 inch TV, and have two other TV's that connect to Amazon through wi-fi. LG's customer service is closed, Best Buy Geek Squad cannot help. The nearest Best Buy is 90 miles away, so not really convenient to exchange it. I am also afraid that the exchanged TV will act in a similar matter. LG's on-line and phone support is not available.

    The screen had a internal thermal failure and cracked by itself. I read online reviews and it’s common with LG tv’s

    Great picture but tv randomly blacks out.

    The picture quality is incredible however the tv randomly blacks out and then comes back on. I can not recommend this to anyone. Had a Vizio for 10 years and never had a problem. First LG purchase and very disappointed.

    True color turned up 12 days after being bought!

    Tv turned completely black and then picture would return on multiple channels on the 12th day of purchase so I immediately returned it next day and bought a Samsung 50’ for $20 more. This one is working fine.

    Set everything up, and started a movie. 1 hour into it, the tv buzzed and made a crackling sound. Then it shut off and would not turn back on. This is my first and last LG tv.

    Disappointed in product

    We’ve owned this tv for 6 weeks and it bit the dust 2 weeks ago. Geek Squad came out last week and now we have to wait another week for them to come back with parts. Pretty lousy Best Buy.

    7 months old and having issues!!

    I am so disappointed in the quality of this LG tv. It is only 7 months old and already having issues with it blurring and sound going way up. We have to get out of the program we are watching or turn the tv completely off the get it working again. I expected way more from a company that has been around so long.

    Bluetooth is not enabled

    I have tried to use the bluetooth feature but it does not appear to be enabled on my TV. When I go to settings, and the sound out feature, I can scroll through the options and "Bluetooth" shows up. But it is greyed out and will not allow me to connect to nearby bluetooth devices.

    Decent picture quality. However, I hate this TV because of the "smart" capabilities. WebOs is horrible. Very limited apps, can't get HBOMAX. Can't cast from phone. It's so frustrating. Will never buy an LG TV again.

    It was suppose to be a 50” ! I measured it and it was only a 44” !!!! Come to find out that it is measured diagonally!!!!!! Smh!!! I was suppose to get free Apple Music for 3 months and never got the email for it either!
