Geeks will be here on 18th to calibrate my new LG and hopefully they will show me how to work everything.

Great buy for the money

Original settings were too dark and set for night-time viewing. Wonderful picture in native 4K mode. Upscaled 1080P picture is just OK.

Decent TV for $499

Smart TV didn't work.

Called LG customer service and they blamed internet provider. Called Best Buy and they were not helpful. I have to take TV and replace at store. If they don't have a replacement I have to be without a TV until it's shipped in a few weeks. Best Buy reminds me of Circuit City. Poor Customer Service at best.

Buy the samsung

For the money I would definitely go with the samsung TV, hands down. I placed both TV's side by side and the difference in picture quality was obvious. The samsung also had a smart remote which made the choice pretty easy. Go for the samsung!
