Tv was okay but I felt the lifting was too dark. Also it didn't have other apps I needed for it to be a smart tv.

tv is ok nothing special frame rate is slow at time. the phone is just for work and dont really care about it.

"Save some money, get the cheaper one" I told myself after the salesman told me I should spend $400 more on another tv. The juddery motion is awful at times, just ok others and I have spent hrs. calibrating the settings with only minor improvements. Salesman was right and I should have returned this thing. Cheap quality guts and poor performance. Buyer beware.

Still trying to get the color right. Still have to put up higher and hope it does not distort picture.

There's only 3 usb & have issue with the connection to devices. Tv doesn't recognize the connection.

This TV did not have adequate picture Quality and I returned it for a 55" Sony that looks marvelous!

I bought this TV to watch sports but no settings give a clear picture , not happy with my purchase.

I don't see a difference in the ultra 4k vs the tv I just had. Got an awesome price on it though!

It's my first television that is a smart great picture and sound I like it and my family too .

I previously had a Samsung Led tv. We decided to upgrade and got this LG 4K tv expecting it to be better than my 2010 Samsung LED. But for my husband and I, it was worst. The picture quality wasn't better and was very gray and shadowy. We messed with many different settings and was the same. We ended up returning it. Wasn't work the price

A decent TV once calibrated although blacks aren't overly dark but for the price I couldn't complain. The issue I have is that after 2-3 hours of watching TV, the sound starts to get chopping and then the TV reboots. It did this four times in two days. Hoping I just got a defective unit but will be returning and getting a Samsung.

The price was right at the time. The TV I wanted was not in stock.

The Power light flashes and nothing happens. Several others have had the same problem (check the web). Customer service says “not our problem as it is 4 months beyond the one year warranty”. LG stand by your product! Should a $550 dollar tv die in 16 months??? And what about the multiple complaints about the same issue from other users? This is a defective product that you need to take responsibility for. Very disappponting! I will certainly stay away from LG products in the future! DO NOT BUY!!!

After owning for less than 3 years the volume decided to start shooting from 0 to 100 all on its own. Ridiculous that a TV doesn't last 3 years after paying almost $600.

Had it a mint and it started randomly turning off.

LG is a great company and this TV holds true to that reputation. It has excellent graphics and features in true 4k color and definition. The Best Buy price makes this a perfectly priced Christmas gift!

This tv is ok for the price but l have trouble when l try to put Netflix or YouTube it takes so long to load. Also when trying to switch between programs it gets freezing. Only the price was good when l bought it.

The pictures is dark. It's not as crisp as my toshiba 50 inch 1080 120hz. It's probably the back light. Not impressed
