This was a present for my mom and we love the size. The picture quality is very good and it took minutes to set up.

Picture is not near as good as we expected. Gets blurry a lot when ever any show has too much movement.

Special order and when i took it out of the box tv was cracked. Returned it and best buy refused to exchange the tv. I now have a tv that i did not even get to enjoy sitting in my garage in its box with a broken screen and all bc best buy wouldnt exchange it withing the return period... I will never buy from there again and give my money to other companies.

I returned this TV. After connecting to the internet It wouldn't update the software, kept giving a message decryption error. When I Called LG support they told me there was a problem with this model and they were working on it, Not sure why it's being sold still.

I bought this LG TV reading good reviews. I was really disappointed about the picture quality. I tried all settings. Nothing worked. Something was not right. I returned the TV.

Picture was washed out . Had to return it to store. Exchanged for Samsung much better picture.

Bad TV… picture, sound nothing good to say about this TV…

I looked online and in stores for a couple of weeks and read everything I could on the 4K TVs. This one has the 120Hz refresh rate, HDR. and IPS display. For my price range this is probably the best TV I could have gotten. The picture is just awesome. I had a 51" Samsung Plasma 1080 and I loved that TV. The picture on the LG is crisp and accurate. I see no blur or pixelation. Now out of the box the picture was good but not as good as it should have been. The biggest thing for me was to turn the True-Motion off because it was starting to give me motion sickness. The speakers are good for how small they are. I use a surround sound system with it and it supports 5.1 when using the internal apps and TV tuner. My plasma only supported 2.0 when using the Roku 3 so that is another big plus for me. It does kind of wash out if you look at it from a 60 degree angle or better but looking at it dead on its perfect. For a 600 dollar 55" 4K smart TV with all the features it has you just cant beat it.

It's a nice TV overall. I think my e55 Vizio that was only 1080p has a better image, but I also spent hours calibrating it using settings available online. Out of the box, this TV doesn't have a terrible picture. It will probably look better once I make the necessary adjustments. It's slim, fairly lightweight and I kinda really dig the red light in the middle when it's off... reminds me of K.I.T.T. kinda. No SlingTV app yet, even though LG announced it last year. User interface takes some getting used to, but it's pretty indepth once you do. Setup was easy, and the sound isn't great since the speakers face backwards. It IS 4K compatible with Netflix as is. I have a 4K account, and Netflix created an entire 4K lineup of options on its own once I logged in. And it will work with the XBox1 and S for 4k support, but only 1 of the HDMI outputs can handle this. Check the manual! Speaking of outputs, they are rather difficult to get to as most are rear mount, so I suggest getting at least a tilting wall mount or one that pulls out. DEF DO NOT go for a slimline, as you won't be able to attach anything unless you set the TV down, have someone else hold it steady, and then the both of you mount it. Even then, the cords will probably force the TV to not sit correctly. Hope that helps!

This TV is probably the best I've ever purchased. The color is sharp, the set up was easy and the Smart TV apps are wonderful! Definitely recommend this to anyone and got free delivery!!!
