After 10 days of use, my TV has developed a line of stuck pixels. After 2 days on the phone with Besy Buy I am still unable to arrange either an exchange or refund. My TV's sn starts with 510.

Nice set, good size and picture. Remote control is somewhat hard to use. RF based remote means you can not use a universal remote to work all devices. Cursor is hard to position on desired items. Web browser can not play Flash Videos, but most videos are going to HTML5 sooner or later and these do play just fine. Otherwise set works excellent.

I love this TV the picture is so clear and the 3D Picture is better then I could have imagined

My Sony HDTV gave up the ghost after almost 12 years of faithful service. I went directly to Best Buy specifically to buy another Sony. I was certain that I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. As I talked with the salesman and asked lots of questions he mentioned that perhaps last years LG 4K OLED currently on clearance might be worth consideration because of the exceptional savings. I considered some of the negatives that I'd read about the Sony and by nature of the OLED one particular negative wasn't even an issue. I never gave much thought to anything but Sony and knew nothing about LG. But, on a hunch, I went for it. To my surprise after closing the deal and reading up on the set at home I found that it was a 3D set. I really didn't have much interest either way about 3D but was happy to get more than i expected. As it turns out, 3D is truly amazing on this set. But better than that, the picture is even more amazing! With the upscaling to 4K I can't imagine getting a better picture with a true 4K source! Tomorrow is only a week since it was delivered, but so far I REALLY LOVE this set! If there are any cons, it is the remote. I don't really care for the "pointer" function, but I'm using a Logitech Harmony instead and only use the LG remote for functions that the Harmony can't do (or I haven't figured out yet).

Compared lots of different 4K TVs and although there were cheaper ones the picture on this LG was far superior. Very happy with everything about it.

Hoping for a lot more 4K Ultra HD content soon to take full advantage of this TV's capability.

OLED all the way. No other technology comes close. The picture is awesome and you'll soon forget the price you paid.

Great picture, easy operation of remote. Programs and internet have great resolution !

The OLED is in a class of its own for best picture quality and motion capture rate .

We ended up purchasing the 2016 model which we are thrilled with. Dark & bright colors are spot on & picture is extremely clear. Did not go with a surround sound system or sound bar & found the built-in sound system to be very adequate. Great TV & very happy we spent the extra dollars for the LG OLED vs. an LCD.

One of the best TV's that I've ever owned. Outstanding picture quality. A few minor issues with some red scenes as well as some motion blur, but overall a beautiful picture.

Last Christmas I decided to treat myself to a new flat screen TV. Looked at a bunch of different brands and models. Although this was more expensive than I wanted to spend, I couldn't ignore the quality of the picture compared to the others. Excellent and still loving it with no issues.

best picture contrast. hands down. what are you waiting on? buy it.

Colors and sharpness is unbelievable looks so life like , like looking out a window viewing it live

This Television has an incredible picture and great features.

The only downside to this tv is grey uniformity - you'll get some dark bars on the sides of an all grey screen. Otherwise, wow, this tv is everything you'd hope. 4k and 3d also.

Exceptional TV has all the features needed in a TV. This TV should last for a very long time.

Great picture absolutly love it. It would be nice if the LG Oleds come down in price though
