I replaced an older HDR LCD from Samsung and couldn't be happier with this B5 OLED, mostly. Image quality, superb, HDR performance (in my application), also superb. Audio performance, I was surprised how good it sounded for TV speakers. However, it does come with caveats. First, do not use this TV in a well-lit room, or one that has significant daylight intrusion, you will be disappointed. I expected to place this TV in a bedroom with decent daylight control, and it is suitable for the brightness that this TV provides. Also, the remote. It was a bit of a learning curve to use the magic Remote, but now I prefer it. It's on-screen cursor allows me to get to whatever I want without clicking continuously around the app I'm using, game changer! In a nutshell, this TV performs well and is a delight to use, as long as your room is not bright.

Best Buy is the BEST place to go to make an informative & wise purchase! I especially appreciated the positive spirit of the young people who took care of me. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store because prior to the day of my purchase I had visited the store a number of times. Different agents gave me great information. What really impressed me was how these young adults responded to an older adult. My favorite was the gentleman who installed my TV - MOST accommodating & involved me in the process of learning how my TV worked. This is the 4th LG TV we have purchased, all from Best Buy. We actually replaced an LG TV that was still working after 16 years but we wanted to upgrade. BEST BUY backs what they say!

Nice television. I have a Roku which I like just fine, and I don't watch television every day, but I thought I'd spring$ for a newer, better quality TV and set up some cozy movie nights with popcorn this winter. The Roku was much easier to set up, I'm still figuring out the LG OLED, but I like it. 55 inches is good for me. It has a nice clear picture, where you can more clearly see nice outfits and car details and it shows wrinkles on a person's hand or a mole on their face. lol Makes it more realistic. Also, background scenery such as grass, trees, snow and such show beautiful clarity. Sound is fine, but I will get a soundbar to enhance the sound, when I figure out a good one for a good price

I love the quality of the picture. Easy setup isa pleasant surprise. The weight of the product made it easy to lift into place even for an old guy.

Have had this for 1 month now and it works just as expected. Great color and perfect size for the room it is in. LG decided to change the remote over the years and now this doesn't have a mute button but uses the down volume to mute which is a bit weird but not a deal breaker.

This is an excellent television. I highly recommend an OLED TV! We have the G2 in our main viewing area, and I was still blown away by the B5 55” for our secondary viewing area. Images are bright, sharp and the TV is quick. The remote is intuitive and interfaces are easy to navigate. I wish the LG OS was less obnoxious, but the TV itself is great.
