Great tv, wasn't planning on purchasing an OLED but after seeing the picture on this next to the other LG tv I couldn't pass on this. The salesperson was great very knowledgeable about the tv's.

Very helpful staff! TV is amazing. I am using it for mostly gaming. Everything has been fantastic with this TV. Lots of contrast, brightness, and customization.

The picture quality is amazing. It was suggested that we buy a sound bar but we are ok with the sound from the speakers so give it a try before buying the speakers. We did end up returning the 55" and getting the 65" instead. The Best Buy salesperson suggested this and he was right. We love how the 65" fills the space.

I have LG oled tv's for years and all i can say once you go oled you cant go back. this B5 series i know its no where near my higher end model I have for myself, bought it for my in law since they need a new tv to upgrade from their older 1080p generic brand, they were stoked but lost at the same time, mind you they're in their 70s

We love our TV. Picture quality is great. OLED is the way to go.

Beautiful picture. Only had it for 3 days and still trying to figure out the remote. There are no buttons for channel selection. Still using old remote to change the channels, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Paired with LG Soundbar S60T, Sounds much better than just speakers on T.V.

Very happy with TV. It has excellent image quality and it fits perfectly for our bedroom which has less lighting than the rest of the house. I tend to prefer QLED TV's, however, so far very happy with LG's OLED.

This LG TV has an excellent picture and the sound is good even without a sound bar. Reasonable price too.

Huge difference on gaming, i play with my ps5 and going from whased colors and grey black on a va panel, this was a great upgrade.

Best Buy is the BEST place to go to make an informative & wise purchase! I especially appreciated the positive spirit of the young people who took care of me. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store because prior to the day of my purchase I had visited the store a number of times. Different agents gave me great information. What really impressed me was how these young adults responded to an older adult. My favorite was the gentleman who installed my TV - MOST accommodating & involved me in the process of learning how my TV worked. This is the 4th LG TV we have purchased, all from Best Buy. We actually replaced an LG TV that was still working after 16 years but we wanted to upgrade. BEST BUY backs what they say!

great quality, i have it in a mildly lit room, some light from a window not directly behind. picture brightness is awesome, colors are deep and rich and blacks are just what you would expect from oled

This is the first time owning an LG and I really love the picture quality of the image. Set up was easy enough. The remote is a little weird, but you get used to it.
