It has excellent image quality and it fits perfectly for our bedroom which has less lighting than the rest of the house. I tend to prefer QLED TV's, however, so far very happy with LG's OLED.

The picture is true OLED with Dolby sound. I am still learning all of its abilities. Happy with my purchase

I especially appreciated the positive spirit of the young people who took care of me. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store because prior to the day of my purchase I had visited the store a number of times. Different agents gave me great information. What really impressed me was how these young adults responded to an older adult. My favorite was the gentleman who installed my TV - MOST accommodating & involved me in the process of learning how my TV worked. This is the 4th LG TV we have purchased, all from Best Buy. We actually replaced an LG TV that was still working after 16 years but we wanted to upgrade. BEST BUY backs what they say!

You have to be a bit tech savy to match it up with surround sound system. Screen clarity is very nice, the sound is a bit weak, but with the surround sound, it makes up for it. So far happy with the purchase
