I guess the power comes on, but the screen remains black. No sound. You would think after paying over $1,500 for a TV set it would last longer than 14 moinths.

Disapointed with game optimizer

While gameplay is smooth and responsive graphics are bland in game optimizer mode. No settings helped with in game optimizer mode. You can put it in filmaker for better graphics, but then you loose the good input lag. Returned.

Geek Squad refuses to help me because it's still under factory warranty. LG technical support unhelpful. TV unusable in its present condition and I have NO RECOURSE. Don't even think of buying this fraud!

The people at best buy said that this is a amazing tv is why i bought it but they lied. So if your looking for a good tv i would go with sony the better brand because LG is a scam

Motherboard replacement after one year

Right after I canceled protection, the motherboard had issues and needs repair. Beware. This product should last for at least 10 years. Very disappointed.
