A: BB just gave me a gift card equal to the full price I paid for my 2017 55” OLED C7 model. At the time of purchase, I bought the 5 year geek squad warranty and it is under that warranty that a refund was issued. The warranty would have ended on 3/4/24. Attached pic that BB accepted with no attempt to not honor the warranty. I did run the pixel refresh LG option many times. The closed caption lines still did “burn in” and BB warranty covers burn in. Due to age of my almost 5 yo set no longer being available, the only option was to refund the original price as a gift card, which I just cashed in and bought an open box 55” LG OLED C3 in “excellent” condition, for a difference of $11 between refund of 1187 and price of open box set. It was a smooth and painless process! I also bought the 5 year geek squad plan again.

The LG 55" Class C3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV, Model # OLED55C3PUA has a clearance of 2.1" between the surface it is installed on and the bottom of the panel when the stand base is attached. The TV does not have an IR receiver. The LG Magic Remote that comes with the TV is a Bluetooth device so line of sight is not an issue...^Ivan

A: C3 is the 2023 model and the c2 is the 2022 model, the C3 is slightly brighter. Besides that they are pretty much the same TV. Also, recommend buying a soundbar.

Happy upgrade from LED
You get what you pay for here. I was a bit put off about the price at first but I’m enjoying it. True blacks and shadowing, smooth picture, ease of use with a computer mouse like remote, sleep features, and easy setup and also very light so easy to mount on a wall mount. I use it for gaming as well where I noticed the contrast difference.

LG C3 OLED TV - Exceptional Performance & Quality
My LG C3 OLED TV has been a phenomenal experience and I couldn’t be more happier. All content thus far has been exceptional and rich in color and quality. Honestly, I have been toiling with the idea of getting this tv because I was worried about the brightness based on past reviews. However, I am super happy to report that the brightness of this tv is incredible there is no need to worry and furthermore it can sometimes to bright for my space. Additionally, the switching between formats are automatic and seamless, and barely noticeable. Dolby atmos is great and there are a whole heap of inputs on the side of the screen instead of the back… It is important note that the TV is super light and thin .. one main highlight for me is that it seamlessly integrates with Apple HomeKit. Something that I truly love and it was well done! There are a gamut of other features that I am simple getting up to date with presently.. but I would advise anyone not to stick on this tv … Buy It!!!

This is great the tv is great for picture
Love the tv for movies it really makes them 4k and beyond watching movies with the kids bugs life and toys story it takes them up a scale that really get thier attention also gaming is great you want a darker room but it still shines good the the game menu is really good i compared it to other mini leds but this one im not even worried about and the warrent that best buy offers covers burn in if it happens but i left my tv for many hours almost two days on and nothing love it might look into another one soon
