Best Buy guys who mounted and installed it did an amazing job! Highly recommend that Best Buy do the installation. They set up everything and left it looking perfect with no wires showing anywhere! Gallery modes & flush mounts not all created equal
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The included wall mount & gallery mode leave a lot to be desired. I bought this for my wife because she wanted a "picture" frame looking TV above the fireplace. We put recessed media box for power and cable management but even then, the included wall mount does a poor job of sitting flush, especially with all the cables. The worst part was the gallery mode acts more like a glorified screen-saver and imaged cycle through so quickly you can't appreciate or digest the images. After a few days we decided to return this and exchange for the Samsung Frame instead. The Samsung really wins on design, flushness with the wall and art modes. There are a few features of the LG I wish the Samsung had, like using the TV as a center channel, but overall we felt the Samsung was a better design oriented TV for the casual watcher. Also - I didn't really care for the OLED, it just seemed to look like a very reflective black surface during dark scenes...the Samsung panel has much better reflection handling in my opinion. I was excited to get an OLED, but now I don't understand the hype. The black on my Samsung is pretty darn black, with less reflection it just seems to look better in all types of viewing we tested.

Poor upscaling and lots of motion artifact
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an expensive TV. It mounts beautifully on the wall - literally it is one inch thick and there is no gap between the TV and the wall. The TV is otherwise quite a disappointment. There is a lot of motion artifact (pixelation and judder) in fast moving scenes. Making adjustments to the controls related to this seem to only make the problem worse. High-resolution shows (e.g., Netflix HD) look pretty good. However, this TV does the WORST job upscaling cable TV (1080i) signals. I have two mid-quality TVs (Sony and Samsung) that do a MUCH better job upscaling the cable picture. They produce a very nice, sharp picture while the LG images look fuzzy and indistinct, particularly around edges. Faces in particular look pretty bad on the LG. Compared to the Sony and the Samsung, the LG remote is clunky and the menu system is less user-friendly. The Samsung remote and menu is a pleasure to navigate, while the LG is frustrating and error-prone. I would look at purchasing a Samsung or Sony over this LG GX. You will probably save a lot of money as well.

LOVE LG Flat Screen
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have been watching a crt television that fit inside our tv cabinet for over 15 years. So-we were way past the time to replace it with our brand new 55”LG flat screen. It’s a bit challenging to learn the navigation of this new device but we are enjoying the brightness of the colors.

Oled is the way to go.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv with hdmi 2.1, a must have feature for gaming. I am very happy with this tv, LG has created something special. Gaming on my Xbox Series X is so much better. All I can say is buy it. Oled is the way to go.

Need to purchase the metal stands separately
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only the GX model (in the "X" generation) have the NextGen TV tuners (ATSC 3.0), while the regular CX does not have it. The only issue with the GX is you have to purchase the metal stands separately. The GX is intended for a wall mount, and does not include the stands.

Simply the BEST
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this unit so much I purchased another one for my master. This unit is the best TV available on the market and mounting it in the wall was super simple for my wife and I.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a beautiful tv but I found it to be too small for my space. So I exchanged for the 65 inch, which was perfect. Best Buy was great in dealing with the exchange.

TV purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Salesperson was excellent - with so many choices in tv's these days he helped us focus on the right one that works for us. The Geek squad who came to the house to set it up did a fabulous job - both very respectful of coming into our home - mounting the tv on the wall - excellent.

No longer trust LG
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to brag about LG. I bought a 55"GX and after 1 day a row of vertical pixels went black. I contacted Best Buy and they were excellent and scheduled a replacement with delivery for free. I got my replacement and after six days watching on the new TV a red line showed up and images were double and then the TV shut off and I have not been able to get it to work since. I assume LG has a problem with this TV and they are awful to try and get ahold of for customer service. The TV did have a nice picture and the sound was better than most new TV's but I am going to go with a different brand since LG does not seem to care I will not either. To finish my review the staff at Best Buy I leave a good review and to LG I do not.

OK But Not As Good As I Expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV will randomly tell me it doesnt recognize my voice. I can have it on and be in the other room and hear it talking to me. You need a college degree to use all it features. I was told I could tilt the screen to avoid afternoon sun....you can't. I paid for installation by the Geek squad and got a guy that must have been having a bad day. I think I should have kept my old Sony Bravia and added a sound bar. Separate from the issue of randomly telling me it doesnt recognize my voice, when I did try to set up the feature it kept telling me it couldnt recognize me, Not really enthusiastic with the system. Even the sound bar I bought isnt much of a wow factor.
