My star rating is for when it worked and does not reflect the fact that it broke. I love LG TVs but the picture on this one was just “meh”. When it broke, I returned it and went with a Samsung with similar specs/price and am much happier with that.

Short life, LG TV

Had the TV for just under 3 years and then one day the screen was black when I turned it on. Following LG trouble shooting instructions, yielded no results. Reading reviews on line, I have discovered this happens a lot with LG TVs. Warranties have expired and during Covid I cannot get any repair people out. Not planning on buying LG anymore.

I also could not get sound to work properly, at all. Not sure if damaged or defective. I wound up exchanging it for another brand/model that was cheaper and I am very happy with.
