Enjoy a gaming session on this 55-inch LG LED television. Its IPS technology utilizes in-plane switching to produce brilliant colors that can be seen from any angle, and the 4K upscaler optimizes lower-quality video for a clearer picture. The Channel Plus app included with this LG LED television provides access to over 100 free channels.
A: 38.5" tip to tip
Q: what is the difference between this model and the uj6300
A: The main difference I found was was VESA Mount. The VESA mount on the 6300 is 300 x 300. The mount on the 6200 is 300 x 200. In addition, the 6300 weighs almost 1 pound more and appears to be an older model.
Q: What added benefit do I get from HDR over a non-HDR TV?
A: HDR expands the range of color and contrast significantly. What you think are bright parts of the image get even brighter, so the image appears to have more "depth." Colors are expanded to show brighter blues, greens, reds etc. HDR for TVs is made to show you a more realistic image, with more contrast, brightness and color than ever. ^CP
Q: Can this tv be mounted on the wall?
A: yes
Q: how many hz does this tv have
A: Actually if you look at the specs, it has a 60 Hz refresh rate but uses "Motion 120" technology to replicate a 120 refresh rate. I've seen it work, sometimes, but it is not in effect, the same as a true 120 refresh rate. It's tough to get the best tech into this price point and LG has done a good job, just not GREAT. That being said, I have last years 65 inch model and absolutely love it. It hands down, blows away the Samsung I just purchased (and most likely will return).
