The TV has been amazing. I use it as a bedroom tv and the picture is very crisp. My only complaint is I prefer to have the android google play smart TV that Sony’s system offers because of the wide range of apps that can be added but as far as viewing goes you can’t go wrong here.

We purchased 2 of these TVs on the same day, and so far so good! The greatest benefit for us has been the stable internet connectivity with these LG TVs. (Our previous Samsung SmartTVs were constantly having issues connecting or staying connected to our WiFi.) There are a lot of settings on this TV, and sometimes, you do have to consult other sources to figure out where to look in your settings. I also have had a positive experience calling LG Tech Support phone line. I asked how the heck to delete an app, and I received a quick answer. They did not ask for tedious stuff such as my email or serial number. They just answered immediately. Another plus with this TV is that it plays a lot of media files from external drives that my past TVs would not recognize. The only real negative that I can think of is that built-in subtitles in certain files do not work, and I have to go out and look for an .srt file. Overall, I would buy the TV again.

No problems so far, nothing but praise from me surrounding this tv. Love the clear, vibrant images.

The color is great! It doesn't have Roku like I was told during the Best Buy chat and I was very disappointed but the management took care of that matter right away privately no prob. I like the LG remote it jas a lot of button makes it very easy to navagate Very happy now.

the tv was easy to set up. I installed on my wall over the fireplace. I purchase it because i bought a large lg speaker which i thought would connect to it wireless bought found out that only works with the higher end models. My only real issue is the volume which which is lousy at times regarding of how you manipulate settings

Got this because my Samsung died in me 6 months after buying it and Samsung customer service was off no help. Heard great things about LG and so far I'm glad I've switched! Very easy to set up. The color quality and clarity is excellent!! Would highly recommend!!!

Picture is great. Not crazy about sound. Kinda tinny, but acceptable. Add sound bar or surround system. Also, apps are limited and don't care for most of LG's apps. Will add Roku, already have acct and Roku on another tv. In spite of sound and apps which are fixable this is good tv. I do like other smart features on this set.

This TV is a great, cost efficient entry into the 4K world. With 3 HDMI ports, it offers plenty of room for your streaming devices. The UHD features are great, very vibrant colors and a great selection of color temperatures to satisfy any rooms light.

I bought an LG TV a few years ago after a BB associate recommended it for its low price and quality and he was SPOT ON. Naturally, when my need for a bedroom TV arose, I looked for another LG. This one is even better. So happy for the recommendation!

Had a 48" Samsung that recently went out after only 3 years. This is a great improvement. Picture quality is beautiful; bright and clear. Easy to set up. Remote works much better than the samsung too. Thought a 55" would be too big but we love it.

I picked this TV up on black Friday and couldn't be happier. The picture is absolutely beautiful and the sound is way better than our previous LCD TV. The wi-fi was easy to set up and we haven't had any connectivity issues while streaming.

Nice smart TV...the opera web os that LG uses is a little "soft" on varitey of apps but not too bad...you can find most apps you need to set this unit up. Still worth the money and love the crispness of the picture.

We bought this tv on Black Friday for a discounted price. It wasn’t as cheap as the TVs that were the main door busters, but we didn’t mind paying the extra money for this LG. The picture quality is great and the size is perfect.

Purchased the TV for our bedroom, replacing a 10+ year old Sony Bravia. I'm normally a "Sony guy" but the price for this TV lured me in. In a word, the TV is awesome. It was a perfect trifecta of price, size and picture quality.

We bought this TV on sale on Black Friday. We love it! The picture is so clear and the apps load very quickly. We love that the remote had a button that takes you straight to Netflix. We would definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

TV meets and exceeds my expectations for the price. Picture quality is very good and it has the features I needed. I feared the set would not fit on my entertainment center cabinet, it did fit and no need for a different stand.

Replaced a 47in Sharp from the mid 2000s. After looking at similar priced Samsung’s, I chose the LG. You really can’t get a better deal for the money. As others have mentioned, the picture does improve after a couple updates.

This LG TV was a screaming buy. No problems with setting it up. The input/app drawer is a little funky with their emote but once you get used to it, becomes easy. The LG has a limited memory capacity and will slow if too many apps are in the drawer. Delete the ones you don't use.

I love my LG 55” tv. It was on clearance which was a plus. The picture is much clearer than my previous one. It is just a better product. This is my second LG I have one in my bedroom. I have had no problems with it.
