Great product but terrible manufacturer backup. Very poor Instruction Book and telephone support from LG incredibly bad.. I knew more about the product than they did. They promised to call me back twice but never have. It is a shame that such a great television has such bad support.

After spending months searching I finally decided to purchase. I am very happy with purchase just wish price was a little cheaper.

A little hard to get used to at first. A return trip to the store to quiz Best Buy sales staff convinced us that a new cable and better understanding of the TV's operation allayed all our fears and we moved onward and upward toward enjoying a thoroughly amazing piece of electronics.

Got burn in after a year of use. Wasn't leaving it on for extended times or anything. Picture looked amazing. Luckily I had geek squad protection and they upgraded me to the C9 version. Looks even better and runs a lot cooler.

We bought this right before the new models were coming into the stores. It was $500 less than the newer models. There were some still in stock at one Best Buy since our sound system company had none left. My son has the newer model; I don’t see any difference

I️ bought this tv because of all the good reviews. The picture is very good, but the TV is not that bright, wish I‎t was brighter.

I was undecided between an LG tv or Samsung tv. I compare little by little the quality of the image, the speed, etc. and my family and I were pleased with the OLED technology this tv offered. We denied the Samsung 9F and chose this LG C7. I CANNOT BE happier WITH THE DECISION.

Love this TV, great response in the menus amd connects easily and quickly to different devices. Wonderful dynamic range. Haven't used for for cable, but streaming is seamless.

The picture is pristine and sound fabulous. We’ve had some issues with the volume shutting off but they seem to be resolved

This LG OLED TV has a really vivid display and excellent clarity. The Surround sound is really good too. I like the remote that doubles as a mouse. Very smart design. Still figuring out how to use all the nifty features. Best Buy has provided great customer support.

i have a samsung q led - i bought this tv last november i just wanted to give an update' im currently having a display issue where half the screen is slightly different in color... however lg customer service is on point!!! should be getting a new tv soon

Picture is bright and clear as I have seen. Many features and easy to use. Too early to tell how long it will last.

The picture has a darkness to it. We have a brighter picture with our small TV. A bit disappointing for the price.

CHARTER INTERNET SIGNAL REDUCED TO SUB LEVEL BY INTERFERENCE FROM BELTONE DIRECT TV LINK 2. GEEK TECHNICIAN HAD TO DISCONNECT BELTONE HEARING AID LINK TO INCREASE INTERNET SPEED AS BOTH TV & HEARING AID DEVICE BOTH HAVE SAME RADIO SIGNAL. Q WILL SOUND BAR HAVE SAME EFFECT AS IT IS ALSO SAME RADIO SIGNAL. Is there a problem with LG TV causing this problem. without the Beltone TV link I miss half the words. Serious problem for many older folks. other wise great TV

You have to see it to believe it. I have two 4k HDTV's, and I didn't think the picture could get better. This LG OLED is in a class by itself! When u are shopping for a t.v., it is worth waiting extra time until u can afford this one. Money well spent!!!!

Great picture quality but took a little time to get used to the controller with the little scroll wheel..

CONS Wish it had built in Chromecast The remote has no backlight The remote is confusing at first to understand PROS Everything else! This TV looks marvelous! The input lag is minimal and nice to finally start seeing in OLED TV's at this price.

This tv has an excellent picture. Awesome clarity and the integrated soundbar is the icing on the cake.

I bought this as a Christmas gift early in December and have heard nothing but positive things about the television's performance. A very good gift. Controls were very easy for my parents to learn and have not had to assist with any set up.

Wish I had the top of the line model, but at $2500 dollars, this is the most expensive TV I every brought
