Not sure if the OLED screen was worth the extra money it cost. If TV lasts ten years then I guess it was a good investment.

Had some Hulu buffering issues with wireless connection so I just directly wired tv to internet, which remedy the problem.

I like the overall LG, but would consider and compare quality and price to the new Samsung QLED if back in the market

Easy installation and wall mounting. Missed having the legacy component inputs.

It is a great TV. I love it. You couldn't buy a better TV. Calling it a TV does not do it justice.

This was a floor model and I am starting to have some issues with the TV after a couple months.

Not totally happy with the sound sync function and the necessity to constantly adjusting it.

look forward to many pizzas and air fried french fries in my new cuisinart toaster oven.

love this tv, only complaint is that sometimes the voice doesn't match up with video

This was an open box purchase other wise would probably not of bought this model.$$

Service was great. Geek dwarf was on time and the install was simple and quick.

as the color seems too dark. I did not know enough at the time to realize there were better versions and bought an open box LG for a good price. I recently bought another TV and decided on a Sony Bravia which is brighter with brilliant color and clarity.

I love my best buy purchase. would recommend it to anyone

Will appreciate more when 4K is more readily available.

I had an issue with the display in the first 6 months that required an entirely new panel being replaced (under warranty, no cost to me - thankfully). 18 months later, I had ANOTHER panel issue that requires is being replaced. Despite already having one panel replaced, LG refused to fix it a second time (after many attempts by me to escalate). LG OLED TV looks great, but too fragile & bad support. Consider something else.

This TV has everything you want, great blacks, very easy to navigate, the colors pop, HDR both formats like Dolby Vision, no need for surround sound equipment this TV has great powerful sound inside and 120 HZ panel for smooth gaming and watching movies. There are also bad things about this TV like, Yeah perfect blacks, but not perfect whites it looks grayish. There are times when there is a bright scene it dims a little so peak brightness is not that high, but knowing how fragile OLED pixels are is better be safe then sorry. One last bad thing is that in case you move the power cord is not removable to make things easier is inside the back of TV. You wrap it nice and organized making sure you don't smack the panel with a lose wire makes things frustrating then you have to tape it to hold it. LG should've had made a strap build on the back side of the TV like XBR 800D Sony TV. Overall This TV is great, but make sure you don't spend to many hours on it because the pixels can burn.

I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase of LG55C7 OLED TV. Number one complaint is that when changing channels, tv flashes constantly until I turn it off and wait a few minutes. And, I can't get remote synced with cable box.

The set up was super easy. There is a difference in luminescence of the screen if you view it off center.drives me crazy. Only noticeable when looking at a bright background such as the sky or ice.
