Returned a 65" Q8FN to get the 55" LGC8. Very happy with this tv. We are streaming content from Netflix and Hulu mostly, sometimes Amazon. We are gaming with PS4 Pro and Xbox One S. I found it odd that I could not get the HBO Apps or Pandora on this TV. We can run them off other devices, but still. Why? Also found it odd that there is no Bitstream option in audio output format. Also does not appear to be IOS support for mobile screen share. Speakers are way better than our 12 year old LG LCD but we still ended up pairing it with a Bose 700 sound bar. Dial on TV and movies is much better now. We tried the Samsung N950 sound bar but that thing was way more than we needed.

OLED is the tv tech I've been waiting for. I can't stand the picture on LED tvs. 4k HDR looks fantastic, the highlights looks really special because of the ability to dim or brighten individual pixels. It's also bright enough for brightly light rooms. I got it cheaper than the sony 900f and the picture is definitely superior! People that don't own a OLED don't know what they're missing.

Finally decided to replace my old Tv (samsung lcd 10yrs old). So far it's working just fine. Color's are vivid and the blacks are really black. No ghosting. I'm using this as my primary tv and monitor for my computer in my bedroom. I purchased the extended warranty just in case of any troubles. I'm impressed with LG. But just in case I still have my eye's on Samsung. Time will tell.

Amazing picture. True black is great. Pay the extra money for the C8 over the B8.

Finally got one of these babies! Visually stunning! An experience to be had! I’ve done lcd I’ve done led I’ve done QLED! They all look like the menus you see at McDonald’s! But OLED, I had 0 problems watching the Long Night episode of Game Of Thrones a few weeks ago!WOW! Once you’ve witnessed the amazing way this product does what it does visually it’s hard to turn back!

Love the TV. The picture quality is superb. The controls are a little awkward to learn to use, and without any operating manual, it is difficult to find out what accessories might be available. (Like a keyboard for searching, downloading apps, etc.) Installed by the Geek Squad which was quick, clean and technical.

I upgraded from a 2015 Sony 4K TV. I can see a big difference in the picture. Decided to go with the OLED technology and feel it is worth the change. Wanted to stay with Sony brand but price gap vs. LG was too large. Only time will tell if LG delivers consistent performance like I have experienced with Sony. Retired 2015 Sony to bedroom to replace Samsung that went bad after 5 years.

The picture on our 55"" OLED TV is amazing. Although there aren't many shows in 4K, when you do find one, you won't be disappointed with the picture. We are having our set replaced as the screen would occasionally freeze up. The people at Best Buy agreed to switch for another set without hesitation. We are both pleased with the overall quality of the TV and the outstanding service from Best Buy. Will always seek Best Buy out for electronics.

It was a choice between this and a Samsung 9 series. The store assiciate leaned to this model. It had a better price vs. performance and many reviews say the same. Best price at Best Buy when I purchased. Picture is outstanding. This is my second 4k tv. Loading aps etc is very fast. Sound is decent however a sound bard is a must which I have. Syncing the sound has been a hassle.

If you are looking for the best picture quality out there, this is your TV. The quality never fails to impress me, and 2 years later I still absolutely love this TV. Worth every penny, and although admittedly the UI probably isn't the best on the market, it's a small sacrifice to make in exchange for stunning picture quality!

It very good quality tv the color so clear it very thin and elegant.

This is the best TV I have ever purchased, including my Pioneer Plasma which I had for 12 years and dearly loved. The one knock most reviews had was a lack of brightness. Not as bad as expected and well worth the true blacks that you get with this set. Still need to master the settings on the remote, but even if I didn't, I would be a happy camper with this TV.
