    Only problem remote control was cracked and best buy wanted me to return the whole tv back. I had already set it up. I called the manufacturer LG and they sent me a new remote control.

    i purchased this tv after being persuaded to by the in-store associate telling me it was on sale because the newest models would soon be coming in. i am more than happy with the quality of this tv at night, but as far as day time viewing goes, it is almost unwatchable. i use this TV for gaming mostly so glares are a bigger deal to me than most, im too lazy to unmount it from my wall or i would have already returned it.
