Needless to say this TV has a different problem. When watching Netflix it constantly has issues and the Netflix application has to be reset. This happens ALL the time. The connection has been checked on several occasions without any issues. I also run Netflix on a Sony TV without any issues. Customer service is clueless.

I hated to give up on what is probably the finest TV on the market, but had to return it for the audio sync issue. Best Buy couldn't have been better in the refund procedures.

The extended warranty for $500 gives Best Buy 30 days to fix it, going on 2 weeks, second visit and more parts ordered, with no TV. Beware the extended warranty, costs a lot and protects Best Buy more than the consumer.
