Customers are impressed with the picture quality and ease of use of the 55” Class UQ75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2022). Many also appreciate the price and vibrant colors. However, some users have noted that the remote control could be improved, and the operating system's responsiveness is a point of concern for a few. The TV's setup and lightweight design are additional positive aspects frequently mentioned.

So easy to set up, picture is great, and the sound with the sound bar (additional purchase) is excellent. Very affordable and just the right size for what we needed.

I bought this TV prior to the beginning of the NBA Finals and I wasn't disappointed with the picture. Great picture and sound with a variety of very nice presets for various media. It was also easy to pair and connect my Logitech bluetooth mouse and keyboard to it. This is my first smart TV and while I was impressed with the picture and sound, the OS of the TV left much to be desired. I would think navigating the various streaming apps would be simpler and faster. I was mistaken. The spinning circle gets a lot of airtime as the processor or software is slow. While I easily connected the mouse and keyboard, using the WEB OS browser with a weak processor just increased my dizziness from watching it spin. The wifi also disconnects intermittently even though the wireless router is in the same room. Using the Firestick, Roku and Xfinity Flex streaming devices I never experienced as much wifi interruption or processor lag and I recently began using the Xfinity Flex streaming device to avoid sitting and watching it spin. Perhaps the semiconductor supply chain issues affect the availability of better processors, or this model at this price point doesn't warrant that upgrade but it was unexpected. I'll eventually run an ethernet cable to avoid the wifi issues but having to do that made the price point a little less attractive. I considered attempting to troubleshoot with LG, but I don't think there will be much they can do unless I send it back for warranty service and I have heard the horror stories about LG warranty returns. If not for the wifi and processor issues, I would be giving this a strong buy recommendation at this price point, but who wants to deal with technical deficiencies or defects out of the box especially when you are buying a very reputable brand? So I would only recommend buying at this price point if you are not going to be using much of the smart part of this smart tv.

We have various sizes of LG tv’s. The picture quality and sound is great however they do lag on time when you turn it on and use the apps. I have another brand in my living room and workout room and they don’t have that lag. We have fast speed internet and it shows on other devices just not the LG TV’s, so it’s the tv themselves that are lagging. It’s a good tv just that one issue.

Went to the store to replace a Samsung Series 8 and the clerk talked me into a LG, the picture in 1080p and 4k is great, but it doesn't upscale very well, so older sitcoms are very mudded and have lots of noise, the 3 year old Samsung Series 8 had something in it to make these older shows look better, this brand new LG doesn't. Remote looks like it was refurbished from a 1997 universal clicker, insane they produced such a terrible remote. The Samsung I had prior lasted less than 3 years, so never will I buy one from them again. Had a Vizio last less than 3 years too and won't but another one of those either. Hoping to get longevity out of this LG, but the initial verdict is this tv is cheap and needs a Google Android TV addon to use instead of the clunky interface LG created.

Have had this 55” for almost two months now and am very pleased with it. For the price you get a good brand name and picture that works. The operating system works fast. Apps open up quick and the streaming is smooth. Several dislikes are: you need the “magic” remote in order to control other devices, like a receiver. The OK button in the middle of the D-pad does not have braille indicators which will help you navigate apps in the dark. And the feet it comes with were just wider than my stand. I had to purchase an aftermarket stand in order to keep my current stand. I do not use the onboard speakers. I can only assume they are just basic like most are. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend and purchase again.

Great picture. Great features. My only complaint is that the remote has too much going on. Samsung mastered the remote control with its smart TVs in my opinion. Less is more.

I wasn’t expecting a high end TV, so I’m satisfied with what I got. Pros: Price, sleek and non-intrusive appearance, fairly intuitive interface, ability to disable ads and other annoying nonsense, ability to disable motion smoothing (worst feature ever devised). Disney Plus and Netflix buttons on the remote are a great time saver, just wish it had a YouTube button as well. Cons: Sound quality isn’t even as good as my 9 year old LG that it’s replacing, picture quality isn’t quite as sharp as others in the price range, remote is somehow flimsier than my old remote which is the exact same design, only two HDMI inputs. Interface can be a tad slow at times. Tolerable. Overall: Happy for the price. I loved my old “dumb” 50 inch LG, and when it died I was loathing the idea of upgrading to a smart tv… but thankfully, you can disable all of the ads and recommendations that clutter the menu. Disappointed in the speaker quality. My old LG actually has very good TV speakers (it’s just a basic model), but these ones sound more “tinny” with less depth. They’re not BAD, but I wish they were at least as good as my old LG. Smart phone app feature is nice to have but sometimes you have to stand on your head, click your heels and run your stomach while reciting a magic chant to get it to connect. That’s more the fault of Bluetooth in general rather than the TV itself, though. Can’t compare to other TV’s in the price range, but I’m happy with it for what I paid.

Sound quality is another critical aspect of any TV, and Insignia doesn't disappoint. Most models come with decent built-in speakers that produce clear audio. However, for a more immersive experience, pairing the TV with a soundbar or external speaker system might be preferable, as is the case with many flat-screen TVs. Smart functionality is becoming a must-have, and Insignia's smart TVs are equipped with Fire TV or Roku, depending on the model. This integration offers access to a plethora of streaming services and apps without the need for additional devices. The inclusion of a voice remote with Alexa capability adds convenience to the smart TV experience, allowing for easy voice commands.

Bought a Samsung first, didn't like the os Samsung uses. Took it back. This was the same price, bet let me tell you, it shows like its double the price. The picture quality on the LG is night and day compared to the Samsung. Web OS is easy as pie to navigate. Color is vibrant and its as if I'm watching al shows in 3d. Clarity is outstanding, bright and beautiful. For what is with, the Samsung was model CU7000.

The t v was easy to hook up with all its parts. The color is not bad.Pictures not bad. Set on my entertainment center with no problems. Sound is good without Soundbar. The hand control Could be a little more explainable. But for the money, I would buy it again or tell a friend to buy it.And everyone at best buy was wonderful. Very helpful very organized.

A few years ago, we purchased another brand's TV, whose longevity ratings weren't great. It lasted two years. Then we bought a different brand's TV, whose longevity ratings ARE great. That lasted three years. When we tried to replace it (through another retailer), we received and returned two damaged TVs and finally turned to Best Buy, found this bargain model, and it's been great. The picture is great, the features are great, and, best of all, it's not broken.
