Don't buy an LG, webOS sucks

We expected a better experience with an LG, but we have had nothing but problems. LG keeps saying it's my wifi connection, but I've even hardwired the internet and still have connectivity issues. They refuse to help without charging me to diagnose it. It's not even a year old! Worst TV ever! Worst recommendation by a best buy employee. Never had any LGs and it has been the worst purchase. Toshiba, insignia, onn, apex, RCA, TCL and even Westinghouse are all better as smart tvs than this unreliable piece of crap. It is slow to navigate apps and connectivity is even slower. I have about a gig service coming to the house over fiberoptic and this TV is constantly buffering. Ugh! Never again.

A week later the audio assist feature spontaneously engaged, and they came out and disabled it. 3 days later it spontaneously engaged again, and they came back out and disabled it again. If it happens again I will return the TV.
