    Image quality is great but the “smart” features are the worst I have ever seen. It’s so incredibly laggy, 3-5 seconds of lag between button pressing if you’re lucky. It’s non responsive and sometimes you choose an app and it opens something completely different. Buy a different TV this is truly a pile of trash.

    This tv had good quality and had everything I was looking for but the apps crash a lot and there’s lots of crashing. Wish I could return it but I missed the date.

    I hate this TV. It is so slow. We've had it for 20 days and I want to trash it. When you arrow around the menu, it is really delayed. It randomly kicks you out of apps when you're watching stuff. It can't stay connected to the wifi even though the router is 15 ft away in the same room. I would never buy LG again.

    If I could give this zero stars I would have. I am in early shopper and bought this TV from Best Buy for my son as a Christmas present. Took it out of the box to set it up Christmas Day and it doesn’t work. Screen is completely black you hear sound but you can’t see anything unless you shine a flashlight on the screen did multiple troubleshooting procedures with LG directly and still no resolution. Best Buy will not do anything because it’s outside of the return window and we didn’t purchase the extended warranty. Contacted LG directly for them to say they are trying to find someone to repair the brand new tv, but we are going on three weeks with no resolution. Apparently you have to test your TVs in store before leaving the store with your purchase to ensure it works otherwise you’re out hundreds of dollars. I also purchased a Samsung TV as well and have zero issues with that TV.

    The picture is fine. The problem is the OS. It frequently (once/week) forgets it has WiFi, you have to power off/on to get the network back. It frequently locks up (1-2/day). This could be within the main menu or an app. It just freezes and after several minutes may or may not jump out to the main menu. Sometimes this requires power off/on to get control again.

    Picture is good for the price, but the UI is awful. There is slight motion blur that can be annoying. Gaming is average. The UI is slow, laggy, freezes and has even caused the device to shutdown. Sometimes in apps I have clocked a 5 second delay before a button push on the remote registers. 2-4 second delay just in the home menu. Compared to the Roku it's a horrible experience. We have a 75" LG in a different room that does not have this issue at all, and it's 4 years older. I would avoid.

    When I was buying this TV I was told it came with the magic remote but it didn’t so I bought the wrong TV and now I have something I don’t want I wouldn’t mind paying more to get what I wanted

    Solid TV. However I get ads randomly while watching shows or gaming that aren’t related to the app or console I'm using. That is my biggest complaint. Happens about every time I use the TV.

    This is my sons tv so not sure overall but the 75 has issues with dark colors. Make sure to put it in cinema mode to get best results go samsung if you have the option

    I purchased a 70 inch and 2 55 inches on Saturday, Dec 9th and delivered and mounted on Sunday, Dec 17th. Every last one of them disconnects from the wifi multiple times. It is not the internet it's the TVs, all other devices are still connected with no issues but these value TVs. The processor is terrible, all of the titles and pictures load soooo slow, and that's if they load at all. This is something I am not used to all. The Samsung Crystal Clear would never act this way and that was the cheapest of my Samsung collection. We spend entirely too much trying to stay connected to the wifi. Just go ahead and discontinue this model. Wasted my time and money. ANNOYED!!

    very slow smart tv only a yr in and looking to replace(should have long time ago) tv locks up often. Has pretty bad glare as well. Its a fairly cheap tv but still expect better
