    After installing it, the glass was broken. Terrible experience. The box was not mashed or broken so no indication of damages until on the wall.

    After having this TV for 2 years LG installed an update that had a catch. You have to let them see what you watch or the TV is a brick. I've had this for 2 years! 2 years and now they feel that they can dictate whether or not I can use my TV. Sorry Best Buy, I'm out.

    Pretty disappointed. Went with LG since I like their products, but just like anything else because I didn't go for the more higher end expensive models Im feeling it. TV works, but scrolling through TV menu and apps is very laggy. works fine once streaming.

    When the channel is changed, or a recorded item is started, it takes 4-5 seconds for the picture to clear up.

    I purchased this TV in Oct-2022. Out of the box the screen the screen was cracked and it had to be exchanged. It doesn’t stay connected to the internet, and it is the only device in the house that drops from our high speed internet service. It started shutting off and tonight it crashed. It was a piece of junk from the beginning and instead of exchanging it I should have bought a different brand.

    Can't tell if it's the tv or the internet but the picture starts off terribly. I get kicked out of shows and I'm constantly having to unplug and plug back in to reset its ability to connect to the internet. I have the highest speed internet you can get and it's still an issue.

    This is my 5th LG TV and the sound and picture on this one is terrible. I wish I would have bought the UQ9000 model. I have 4 of the UN7000 models and they have exceptional picture and sound quality. But they are no longer available and it’s too late to return this one.

    I am very disappointed in the LG Web OS platform. It is sluggish and is not compatible with all streaming apps. I am also disappointed with the Best Buy sales associate for not mentioning that fact.

    Overall picture quality for the price, matches expectation. Mediocre sharpness and contrast, as well as less than ideal color saturation. Inconsistent lighting from the single light source is very noticeable.
