    Wi-Fi keeps getting disconnected

    I’ve had this for 5 months and it randomly drops the WiFi connection. It used to be infrequently but today it was impossible to fix. I had to watch YouTube tv on my laptop right in front of my tv because the tv kept dropping my signal. And when I search for networks it doesn’t even show options. My other devices pick up tons of networks but not this TV. It can’t find ANY network. My laptop and phone don’t have any connection issues so it’s not the WiFi. It’s the tv.I’ve tried unplugging the router, the tv, and even did the dreaded factory reset. No change. What a waste. Would never buy lg again.

    I didn't care for the LG because you have to go through too many menus to get a decent picture!

    When the channel is changed, or a recorded item is started, it takes 4-5 seconds for the picture to clear up.

    We enjoyed this TV for a little over a year. Then the sound, picture and quality presented problems.

    Pretty disappointed. Went with LG since I like their products, but just like anything else because I didn't go for the more higher end expensive models Im feeling it. TV works, but scrolling through TV menu and apps is very laggy. works fine once streaming.

    After installing it, the glass was broken. Terrible experience. The box was not mashed or broken so no indication of damages until on the wall.

    Can't tell if it's the tv or the internet but the picture starts off terribly. I get kicked out of shows and I'm constantly having to unplug and plug back in to reset its ability to connect to the internet. I have the highest speed internet you can get and it's still an issue.

    This is my 5th LG TV and the sound and picture on this one is terrible. I wish I would have bought the UQ9000 model. I have 4 of the UN7000 models and they have exceptional picture and sound quality. But they are no longer available and it’s too late to return this one.

    I am very disappointed in the LG Web OS platform. It is sluggish and is not compatible with all streaming apps. I am also disappointed with the Best Buy sales associate for not mentioning that fact.

    Absolute trash. Horribly slow UI. It takes forever just to navigate the home menu. Constant software updates. Only 2 HDMI ports. I replaced my old TV with this to have a better connection with my LG sound bar, and this TV performs even worse than the one made by a different company. It refuses to put out the proper amount of sound channels, even with an HDMI connection. Horrible picture performance. Any sort of striped pattern creates a blotchy mess on screen. Do not buy this piece of garbage
