DO NOT BUY

It takes forever just to navigate the home menu. Constant software updates. Only 2 HDMI ports. I replaced my old TV with this to have a better connection with my LG sound bar, and this TV performs even worse than the one made by a different company. It refuses to put out the proper amount of sound channels, even with an HDMI connection. Horrible picture performance. Any sort of striped pattern creates a blotchy mess on screen. Do not buy this piece of garbage

You have to click 8 buttons to change brightness. The remote doesn't work half the time. Buy a real brand instead.

Open Box Issues

The website states this includes all accessories and costs more than other open box condition ratings. At the store I was informed there was no remote and I had to purchase one. When I questioned this, I was lectured that open box did not necessarily include all accessories, even if rated excellent despite what the website said. Make sure to check your purchases at pick-up since the website definition and store level practices are not aligned.

You have to buy a fire stick to get those.

Very unhappy

I was very unhappy wirh how best buy along with third party delivery company handled my delivery. It took aeveral weeks, lost time from work and lost money.

We took the 3 back and got them exchanged and out of the 3 replacements we got 1 of them was bad. We haven't had issues with LG's in the past so I'm guessing this was just a bad batch from the factory.

LG 55 UQ75 flickers and behaves oddly, do not buy

Tried every combination of settings, different media sources, watching support videos online and seeking help from Best Buy and LG. Could not get this TV to work correctly so returned it and got a Samsung which worked perfectly with factory settings right out of the box. Worst TV i have ever owned

The Geek Squad TotalTech service was great, but unfortunately the TV is junk. I do not recommend this TV!!

Cannot hold a WiFi connection.

Every other device in the home is fine, so it’s not the internet service. Have had over a year now (can’t afford a new tv right now) and the experience is awful. Can’t get through an evening of watching without having to turn it off and on again. The worst.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for starters, the screen was extremely fuzzy with anything that i played on it. the backlight also bled through the borders of the screen.. and dont get me started on the extremely slow OS, the input lag for the remote was unbearable, it would take about 5+ seconds to register a click. overall this tv was insanely bad, i returned it the next day and got a Samsung QLED with tizen instead.

Extremely annoying pop up about wired LAN

There is a pop up that comes up to say the wired LAN is connected, and then a pop up to say the wired LAN is disconnected. This is whether you have a wired LAN connected or not. It just continues to pop up and is extremely annoying. There doesn’t seem to be a fix for it. Otherwise we really like the tv.

Does not meet expectation
