    This TV does not stay connected to the internet. We have constant buffering and closing out of streaming apps that we don’t have with the other TVs in the house.

    The screen started going out before a month after buying. Vertical lines on the screen. I called LG tech support & they said the TV has a recall & isn't repairable. LG said they are returning my money & told me to dispose of the TV.

    The legs that came in the box were for the same side. It was disappointing. Had to go out and purchase the right side leg.

    After i hooked up the tv it had no sound i had to jump through some crazy hoops just tk get it tk work

    Do not buy, stay away, Best buy and LG are not worth very much they do not stand behind that products, and when they get a negative review for a complaint, they think they are above everyone and everything, I posted a review once before and it never made it onto here, not very happy, will never buy LG go to Best buy again

    Poor connection stability.

    TV disconnects from Wi-Fi every few minutes. Disconnected all other devices to give it plenty of bandwidth but it simply won’t stay connected. Reconnected other devices…no problems. Just this TV. Already back in the box and going back to the store in the morning.

    Was looking for a cheap reliable TV to hang in a nook. Unfortunately I've gone through 3 of these. Love LG as a brand but these dont hold up. One has had lines start to bleed into the display, one didn't turn on, and the last one didn't even go a week without spontaneously cracking as we were watching it.

    I can’t give it 0 stars. Absolutely horrible performance as a streaming tv. Apps take forever to load and when they finally do there is constant buffering and delays. This was supposed to be the best tv in the house but every other device outperforms it from our WiFi. Have made sure software is current and used both 5g and 2.5 with same garbage performance.

    Garbage and false advertising

    I can’t get it to work with my Google Home app, as the box said it would. No built in assistant. Turning it on goes to some dumb picture of a beach, not the home page with apps. It's too much of a hastle to return now, so I'll live with this junk.

    Wi-Fis issues

    I thought all the wifi stuff would be great but the wifi drops when ever it wants. Most times at start up. It’s very madding power down the tv hoping the wifi would connect. If you think it would be my wifi speed is the issue I just went from 100mps to 200mps, and my iPad 2 feet away says 215mps. I might just have to get a new fire stick if it doesn’t . All software updates are done on my tv.

    Buyers remorse

    Our first LG was cracked (didn't know until we opened box) so we exchanged for another one. The TV was fine for about 3 months and then a line appeared through screen. It's slowly getting worse and since we didn't get a warranty, it will have to be replaced. I certainly expected more than 3 months from the TV.

    I’ve had so many problems with this TV. The screen is completely dark. I’ve called LG & had me reboot the TV, I finally got it to work, turned it off for the night, the next day I had the same dark screen when I turned it on.
