Worst TV I ever had was a warranty exchange and it’s horrible.

Bought as a second TV for the bedroom - replaced a Sony that died after 5 years (unexpected). This was my first WebOS experience and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked with my phone for set up. NOTE: It did NOT come with their much-lauded "smart remote" so you won't get the full experience. Either upgrade to a model that includes it or buy one from the secondary market. Biggest gripe with this remote is that the buttons are really small and can be hard to read - so expect a learning curve. However you can operate it from your phone, where it's a lot easier to see the controls. Also - don't expect QNED picture quality, but more than acceptable for what we needed. Sound quality is actually quite good, plus LG lets you select whether it's free standing or on a wall, to optimize sound quality. We have a 2016 vintage 65" Sony that needs to be replaced and I'm keeping LG OLEDs on the list after this experience. WebOS is better than the Google TV used by Sony.

TV has excellent sharp picture. Colors are vibrant and accurate. Clarity is excellent. Picture is even from the side as compared to some earlier models. Rarely easy to mount, lightweight which helps in lifting. Setup is relatively easy. Clear instructions for the setup. Remote is great. Firestick easy to install.

Ordered this on line 1/31/24, and was delivered on 2/1/24. Delivery went smooth and on time with the schedule time frame. They opened the box and checked it, and my Son attached it to the wall and set it up. They told us to keep the box for 2 weeks, just in case there was damage and i can say the box is gone. I love the picture and color is awesome! Great TV for sure, and so was the price!! Have to say it was great dealing with Best Buy. Thanks so much!!

Great Picture! Easy set up. Remote control lacks logical operation.

It's a great product. The picture is clear, and the sound is great, even without a sound bar. The size is just right for the room. I would highly recommend this product. Also it was super easy to install and set-up. It took less than five minutes and everything was already installed.

Ive been very happy so far. Excellent tv for the price point. If it holds up as long as my last tv, ill be very happy. Easy setup. I added a new soundbar. The tvs never have good speakers.

I love the LG... the picture is awesome, I love the ability to choose what I want to watch when I want to watch it. Best buy was awesome to work with and delivery was early. Oh the price was great...

Just what we wanted in a tv. Easy to use and we are not that tech savvy. Picture quality is excellent. Remote buttons are kind if small tho.

Honestly, if you want a solid 4K picture without spending $1000+, this is the tv for you. I was always a Sony guy in the past, but LG has really impressed me lately. This thing has a great picture, all the apps work flawlessly and has a great gaming mode that lowers the input delay to around the response rate of a monitor. I’m probably going to buy a second one for my apartment.

Older (12 years) LG was still working well but took 30 minutes or so to get started. Based on the LG quality I was used to, I chose this 55" unit. It is great though I am amazed at all it can do. I recommend LG for dependability and quality.
