Reading blogs, it’s a known issue. All settings verified and correct. I also found the menus to be glitchy. I have 900mbps internet but the tv functioned like it was connected to dial up. Love tv menu would freeze, apps took a while to load, etc.

Sluggish and laggy OS, remote is terrible

Navigating the menus is downright painful. You HAVE to sign into an LG account to download YouTube TV??? I miss our Samsung TV. Disconnects from WiFi on its own. If you close an app it sometimes opens back up on its own. Sometimes entirely unresponsive to the remote button presses. And the remote itself has pre assigned buttons you will never use, zero tactile feedback on any of the commonly used buttons. Will never purchase an LG TV again.
