    Good entry-level TV - picture is good, viewing angle is decent, and webOS is easy to use. The only issue is wifi sometimes disconnect, and it's a hassle to try to get it to reconnect.

    The product performed fine but did not have the exact features I needed. Best Buy worked with me and exchanged the product for the best product for me. The sales person and manager both were very helpful and that’s why I shop at Best Buy.

    Super easy to set up. Very happy with the clarity. And the sale was the icing on the cake. I loved the buy on line pick up at store. Very Happy.

    We have to put the wireless password into the TV like every 3 or 4 weeks. The TV just forgets the password. While it's certainly a first world problem, it is pretty annoying, to the point I'd never buy LG again. Our Vizio TVs have been amazing, no problems ever. I thought I was upgrading by going to LG. Nope. The picture and sound are good, no issues there.

    I don't do reviews usually; I run a restaurant for a living and if you've seen the Southpark episode about Yelp reviews and reviews in general, then you understand. However, Best Buy has set itself apart in this case. This is both a bad review for LG products and BB. I've had a LG TV for 5 years and then all of a sudden, it stopped connecting to WiFi. I tried to troubleshoot this but no luck. So, I thought perhaps a new TV was in order and I went with LG again and maybe that was a mistake but apart from the WiFi situation, I've always enjoyed LG TVs. I get this new one and on the second day, it didn't want to connect to WiFi. This isn't a WiFi issue because every other device I own works just fine. I called TWO DIFFERENT numbers that were associated with emails from BB/Geek Squad and was asked to access my iWallet on my phone to process a refund. I didn't ask for a refund; I simply wanted to fix the problem or get a new unit since I have the 5 year plan. I tried again and they AGAIN wanted my personal finance info so I'm done at this point because I'm dealing with a scam artist (recall, the number was on the BB emails so be careful folks!). I then drove to my nearest BB location and that's when things really upset me. I stood in line at the Anaheim location (Geek Squad) and once I had someone's attention, I explained both the problem with the TV and the attempted identity theft. Dude told me "Can't help you since this is an in-home purchase." Ok, that's dumb but even if that was the case, I just told you about an identity theft situation. If it were me, I would have been all over this to help someone in this situation. He instead gave me a number to call which I did from the store. I'll admit, I raised my voice about the BB person wanting access to my iWallet in ear shot of other employees. No one cared. Eventually I got a hold of someone who at least seemed legit and tried to troubleshoot me through the process to get my TV connected to WiFi but no luck so this person agreed to send me a new TV. There have been two attempted deliveries on Monday mornings at 7am. I don't get home from work until Monday mornings at around 3am and then I'm in bed. No attempt to work around my work schedule at all but the bigger issue here is the lack of attention to the fact that a Best Buy associated phone number entailed a person who tried to steal money from me and for the store to not care about this is not ok. I will never buy from BB again and I will actively dissuade anyone I know from buying anything from BB again either. It used to be such a great store. Well, that's my review. I hope to get a follow up to make this right. Thanks!
