Best Buy worked with me and exchanged the product for the best product for me. The sales person and manager both were very helpful and that’s why I shop at Best Buy.

The TV just forgets the password. While it's certainly a first world problem, it is pretty annoying, to the point I'd never buy LG again. Our Vizio TVs have been amazing, no problems ever. I thought I was upgrading by going to LG. Nope. The picture and sound are good, no issues there.
