Love LG products, very easy to use and this picture quality is fantastic. Great as an office Monitor, able to run PC directly into it. Smart features are not overly complex like some TV brands. You can't beat the price for the quality.

Good picture and an excellent value for the price. The light weight allowed me to mount it from the ceiling and has been a great addition to our livingroom.

Great tv and price. It comes loaded with lots LG channels and apps. I think it’s harder to navigate than the previous Samsung tv we had. Hoping it lasts longer though. Would recommend trying it out before you buy.

The tv itself is fantastic with tons of features. It also describes using a “magic remote” for special features such as Alexa. However, what they don’t tell you is that the “magic remote” is an add-on option that is purchased separately. So we did. Now that we have the “magic remote” it tells us to pair the remote with the tv. When we try to pair it states “ loading request timed out. We are unable to complete your request. Please try again later”. So I now have to find out what that issue is. When I call/text the geek squad they send me The same YouTube video and say this will fix it - NOT! Very disappointed!

One of the best TVs I’ve bought! Usually these types of TVs are way too heavy for me to help my husband install but this one if pretty light for it’s size. They only downfall is the remote style but I can live with it. Definitely recommend.

Image quality is great however the remote control isn’t lighted and tv response time from pressing the buttons on the remote is very slow and frustrating.

This TV has amazing color and very graphic pictures. The sound is fantastic! The remote is convenient and easy to use as well. I recommend it to friends, family, and everyone looking for a new, wonderful 55” TV!

The tv looks amazing and the lg os is simple to use and fast. Now just need to buy a 40-inch version for the bedroom!

Hubby wanted a new TV for the back room. This is perfect not to big not to small. great quality and features. My favorite is the quick access keys so i cansit down and push 1 button to be taken to my favorite streaming service. Easy to use

Great picture & sound quality, megapixels are crystal clear. Good bang for your buck, especially if your on a budget. I've literally had this Tv for years, no complaints. I have 5 big screen Tv's in my house. all are LG brand !

I am very pleased how easy it was to set up. My xfinity remote worked immediately with the TV. I was amazed I did not have to program the remote to pair with the TV. The color and picture is excellent.

Not happy with this TV. It is extremely slow and not responsive at times. If I turn it on and select home to view all the apps, if it sits idle for more than 2 minutes it auto jumps to another input. When selecting the settings I count up to 9 Mississippi and then the tv responds. The remote sucks can’t see anything at night. Most of the buttons on the control I don’t even use. The sound isn’t the best also even after messing with the settings. Honestly, I wish I could return it but I don’t have the luxury of traveling as I can’t drive and now I have to live with this. I’m thinking of calling tech support but for what? doesn’t seem like something that can be fixed but should be replaced! Maybe I’ll give it a try. Because to pay for a 2022 TV I expected it to at least be responsive. It’s the reason why I bought a new tv cause the old one as over 7 years old and guess what? They both respond equally as slow. Pretty ridiculous. I give it a 3 star cause the picture is good and the size isn’t bad. But let me also add that the settings on the TV don’t take, it always changes back to its original settings and at night it’s so bright it hurts my eyes. It’s frustrating and it should just work!
