    The TV is far better then I thought. I only purchased it for my craft room so I can have the pleasure of watching my favorite shows while crafting. It's smooth and runs great. I also enjoy the picture quality for the price range. Over all I do enjoy the TV and would definitely recommend it

    I would like to thank Best Buy Support for their help with a LG 55 TV I had purchased from Best Buy in 2023. I did also purchase the Best Buy extended warranty. This TV would not stay connected to the internet and cause nonstop headaches. Best Buy product support tried i vain to fix to no avail, the result was Best Buy replace with a like product from another manufacturer. This "trade" happen nearly a month ago, and the new Samsung TV is working perfectly. Thanks again to your Product Support team, top to bottom the customer service we received was quick, understanding and results driven. Well done, Thanks again. (PS we did purchase another Best Buy extended warranty)

    Picture quality is great. You can view it from the side without a problem. The picture is visible even at an angle you wouldn’t consider watching tv at. Sound is great no need for a sound bar or auxiliary sound systems but if you have a son who insists on the imax sound experience it adapted very well. Gaming on it is perfect
