    The TV is really good quality, the only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was the user interface. It’s pretty slow and the integration with Alexa wasn’t solid. Other than that, pretty good.

    I would like to thank Best Buy Support for their help with a LG 55 TV I had purchased from Best Buy in 2023. I did also purchase the Best Buy extended warranty. This TV would not stay connected to the internet and cause nonstop headaches. Best Buy product support tried i vain to fix to no avail, the result was Best Buy replace with a like product from another manufacturer. This "trade" happen nearly a month ago, and the new Samsung TV is working perfectly. Thanks again to your Product Support team, top to bottom the customer service we received was quick, understanding and results driven. Well done, Thanks again. (PS we did purchase another Best Buy extended warranty)

    I'm not an expert by any means. Picture is good with or without antenna add on. Sound seems good. Price was great.Delivery by Oz D Boshsrt was phenomenal. Guy is great. One man installed 2 TV's and wall brackets and hauled of 2 obsolete monster TV's hooked up everything,friendly and efficient and efficient. Which was the major purpose of buying from Best Buy. And will do so again. Thanks BB. Thanks Oz THE MAN!
