I did also purchase the Best Buy extended warranty. This TV would not stay connected to the internet and cause nonstop headaches. Best Buy product support tried i vain to fix to no avail, the result was Best Buy replace with a like product from another manufacturer. This "trade" happen nearly a month ago, and the new Samsung TV is working perfectly. Thanks again to your Product Support team, top to bottom the customer service we received was quick, understanding and results driven. Well done, Thanks again. (PS we did purchase another Best Buy extended warranty)

I really like the size and the picture is great, I haven’t had any problems. Also the volume is loud enough.

This one works great and the Dashboard page is easy to use. I now have access to all my streaming apps. Also works well with my cable box. The only thing that could be better is the remote. The buttons to switch directly to streaming apps are right below the left / right buttons. I often switch to another app when I am just trying to fast forward a movie.
